My wusband (ex-husband) came from a 2 parent household and they've been married over 50 years. Their family is the most toxic I've ever known. I didn't know what a narcissist was before I met him, but thanks to him I now know three generations of them. 2 parent households can be great, but husbands that are submitted to The Most High are best. We all need Him in our lives especially when partaking in the union that he created which is marriage.

Day by day I continue to see how broken our community is. We do the opposite in pretty much every aspect of what other communities are doing, and we wonder what's wrong. The family is the foundation. God is the foundation. Our music, arts, entertainment, schools, etc. should promote healthy committed, married relationships to counteract this baby daddy, baby momma drama. Our communities, families and children deserve better.

My issue is with his mama, his sister, his brother and all of the women in his life not telling him to step up and propose to her. They should have told him to step up or leave her alone.
