    Please read the Bible and know these stories for yourself so you don’t get lead astray. “People parish for their lack of knowledge.” Hosea 4:6. Also beauty is subjective, no matter how beautiful you are, you are unattractive to some.

    I met my daughter's mom in the Philippines during the pandemic. Whole package. Physically speaking. Lust drove me to overlook all the red flags, including a horrible character. She was after one and one thing only: looking fly on the gram and my wallet. Did it work out between us? Of course not. We are now in a terrible situation where she's stuck with a child she didn't want, and I am not able to be there for my daughter due to her mother's bitterness. All that nonsense this "lady" is talking about in her video will only lead young women to be in situations they will regret their entire lives. Money isn't everything. Neither are great physical attributes. The best women I've had in my life, the ones that supported me throughout college, the ones that helped me go up the corporate ladder, the ones that hugged me, reassured me, and told me "I'm there for you," were pretty on the outside and stunning on the inside. Choose wisely.

If you are looking for beauty or money or status and not godliness then you get what you get. A good religious man would be better than any man with money, status or beauty. Maybe you should be telling Black women that no man should have relations with them until after a marriage and no baby mamas allowed. If you want a man of God, you need to be a woman of God, and vice versa. Proverbs 31:10-31 gives you description of a good wife: “who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies.” The beginning -already tells you money isn’t everything. A lot of women seek to be “taken care of” by men with wealth and a lot of them are controlling and narcissistic to the point where they are obsessive and possessive and many of those relationships have ended in fatalities. Another part of the scripture goes on to say “favour is deceitful and beauty is vain: but a woman that fears the Lord, she shall be praised.” The world has their standards and uplifts their own and beauty is only skin deep. A woman after God will be lifted up and praised in her own home without seeking outside attention.

    A good man is far more priceless than all the diamonds in the Universe (that includes all the diamonds you can find on outer space exoplanets). Same goes for good women. The hard part is finding that decency in character, and that's what we should be working on. Even in our teenage years (preteens included), we should be extremely cautious about character, because people can lie so well and pretend for years, even decades. Wealth is not everything, not even the top ten. Looks doesn't even make the top 5. There's way more to a man than those. Of course, no bums. Problem is, bums get attracted to me even when I try to be the best I can be. And unfortunately for me, all my dating life I ran only into bums (which is why I don't date).

    There is nothing wrong with female hypergamy. Men are hypergamous too. Except, instead of someone who earns more, they want someone who ranks higher than themselves in terms of youth and looks. You can't define hypergamy based on just income and status, because those are not the only determiners of someone's SMV. That's just a trick that red pill content creators employ in order to outwardly dismiss and devalue what most men secretly overvalue. It all comes down to: they want to rate and classify women in all kinds of ways, but don't want women to have any standards. If a man has nothing at all (no looks, no money, no future, no career, no responsibility, no hygiene, you name it), he will claim that he has "character" - because that's not an objectively quantifiable trait.

    Honestly. I had to listen to her video again to see what she said wrong, and she was right. A lot of people are coming for her appearance, but indeed; the wives in the bible literally were ALL hypergamous by God's design of placing importance on men being providers. So were their families, they wouldn't be given away for marriage if a man couldn't completely provide for them. My father is Ghanaian and even my husband had to pay a bride price to marry me to prove he could afford to give me the lifestyle my father gave me. Hypergamy literally comes naturally to every single woman unless she's conditioned otherwise, and it's always been that way. The bible also specifically mentions that certain women were VERY beautiful and even mentioning that one woman who had a lazy eye wasn't physically desirable. Women who are beautiful in society get treated the same way as men who have money.

    The reality is the Bible talks about health, wealth, character, integrity, femininity, masculinity etc. The problem is WE do not study. We read a scripture and run with it. At most is church attendance but no studying. I have seen men and women age like fine wine when they take care of their bodies and their souls. Get in your word people because unfortunately we do not have people out here who prioritize teaching accurately. Even if you just read and study 15 minutes a day. Start somewhere. Queen Esther had character and she was beautiful. Beautiful has to do with your inside matching your outer appearance. Being pretty is just about the physical.

  • @tenhiarowry

    If I'm not mistaken Tony Gaskins Jr made the statement that "your character is your currency" so what this woman is saying is totally wrong. The word of God also tells us not to add to the Bible or take from it so it's really time to stop adding our own narratives to make ourselves feel better. Before we read that word we need to pray for the knowledge, wisdom and understanding of what we are reading.

    Shalom man of God and many blessings to you and to your beautiful wife and families (personal/ministries). Thank you for taking out the time to show this beautiful young lady the correct interpretation of the scriptures. Because The Most High God does not reduce the value of a person's life to their physical appearance. He is concerned with a person having an integral character with their physical attributes. As you have stated, these beautiful women in the scriptures walked in character and they understood the importance of honor, especially when it came to men. They were not focused on the wallet. Their backgrounds upheld a real legacy that was built around kingdom, not financial stability. These women were kingdom people. That is a totally different walk of life. And a person has to be willing to go through the necessary processes in order to give language to that kind of life. And this beautiful young lady in this clip is built to give language to that. But she have to get away from the superficial information she has embraced about intimate relationships. The Most High God created her to give language to a much higher realm of value. God Bless you man of God and again, thank you for bringing clarity to the content that was shared by this beautiful young lady. Shalom unto you and to your beautiful wife and families.

    I agreed with her because that’s the way the world sees us and men. Keyword the world. I don’t believe she’s coming from a bad place… because Esther did prepare herself for the king. I think she’s speaking to women who have been abused and used. Women who choose the wrong men because they don’t know their value. She’s talking about losers, wordly men with no purpose. I’ve been watching you since a freshman in college, I’m 25 now. After hearing your message and hers I don’t think she’s too far off. Y’all have agreed on a few things. I think she’s just missing women having their purpose. Which outweighs beauty and if you lead with beauty you could end up with a jezebellic man. I think it’s a certain type of man she was referring to though. BUT I do appreciate you for calling things out and applying the truth. I was being tempted to idolize vanity. It’s so easy to fall into the pit of prioritizing looks out of pain to prove a point we’re worthy during heartbreak instead of seeking God and letting Him reveal our true purpose here then get into His will for us. not healing the wrong way will cause more damage and the evil sinful cycle to continue. My pain currently made me miss out on some things that were contradictory to the Bible. I didn’t know she said some of the things she said. Anyways I needed to see this. Thank you brother!

    This is also one of the reasons why men who identify as women can’t fully connect the missing pieces.. the goal of a woman or purpose is not for a woman to become more like men, or think like men, we are completely different in every aspect and that’s the point. We have to balance one another, so when he is out of control mentally, physically, and emotionally we aren’t supposed to match energies. Somebody has to say enough is enough. Only a man CAN see a woman as an object of beauty.. or think that since her sex is valuable to him, that is her currency. The lustful thinking of a man will promote to women to play up her physicality as assets because it’s an asset to him. It’s deeper than that, much deeper, but how can a man understand or comprehend the value of a woman if women don’t stand firm in our purpose? Let the days of being a disservice to ourselves, men, and children be done away with. Instead of surrendering to the idea that since men run the world we should all cater to the ego or misinformed notion many have, how about actually helping men as true helpers, because they truly do need help, help to stop.

    She’s wrong the Bible says charm is deceptive and beauty fades but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. If the king was so focused on beauty he wouldn’t have married Esther because his first wife according to the Bible was gorgeous but she probably had this mindset of I’m beautiful that’s all I need and when he called for her she refused. Esther was beautiful but what she did for the Jews and the king is why he loved her. Gods favor is what makes you beautiful I’m not saying you shouldn’t keep yourself together and always looking good but that’s not the only thing. Jesus said “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?”

    In a book store you will find several types of dictionary of which Webster's and Black's Law are examples. The reason Black's law dictionary is necessary is words that we use in normal conversation DO NOT mean the same thing in court. There is a Bible dictionary because the words we use commonly in society have a different meaning biblically. The word "beauty" in the Bible is MOST often referring to a CHARACTER quality not physical appearance. Ruth could have been a but-her-head however her beauty of character made her attractive. Ruth was essentially redeemed by Boaz, right? Let's look at what GOD said HE would do to redeem Israel. "...to comfort all that mourn; to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them BEAUTY for ashes..." ~ Isaiah 61:2-3 Do you think the word beauty here is talking about hot chicks? No, it is talking about a character quality. The average woman has a lot to bring to the table. This young lady, like most women her age, is focusing on physical beauty because she has NO clue how GOD equipped her at birth to be a powerful and resourceful help meet or helper to a husband.

  • @kilimanjaro5537
    @kilimanjaro55378 ай бұрын

    Beauty is mentioned in the Bible but a friend of mine told me about a book she was reading and about how they were talking about how the love of God makes you more attractive. I think the issue is that we often read scripture with a worldly context and mindset in mind. The Bible could be talking about physical beauty but it could also be talking about the oil on you that makes you attractive. Her interpretation feels very worldly. We must read the scripture from the spirit not the world. And also ask and see how God defines beauty.

    One more thing, as for the masculine energy being the dominant force.. it depends.. but let’s go with it.. dominant force is not the problem.. the problem is, men have displayed and showcased the dominance as brutality and abuse throughout history and even today. Now if it’s just a truth, that the true identity of men is brutality, selfishness, taking by force whatever he desires, lies and manipulation to achieve a goal, then to women, that’s not a nature one can simply embrace without apprehension and fear. Men should work on how they present themselves as well, because dominance in itself is not the problem, it’s the abuse of power.
