    Thank you. Started my fitness journey six months ago. I can finally do over 100 six count burpees in 20 minutes. Nothing special but i am getting there. I have only done six counts and Navy seals the last six months and recently added squat chasers to my seals, i jog in place as well and lift my knees to my chest after each rep. I appreciate getting some more ideas as my fitness level is improving and i am ready for the next challenge. Lost 18kg and need to lose about 15kg more so pull ups are not an option yet ( i can't wait to be able to do them ), i am still too heavy. Appreciate all you do. Cheers mate.

    Can’t really argue with any of your choices Lee man. The Cindy EMOM with burpees is definitely one of my favourites as well🏝️.

    I like 10 x burpees with squat chaser 5 x pull-ups 10 by dips x 10 sets as fast as possible great for a Quick full body workout 👍

    Long card version one is my go too. It hits everything I've only got it done in 38 minutes once it completely smokes you. Watch form those fast movements is tricky.

    I finished the Iron Wolf cardiovascular ultimo ladder in 1:07:31 - mediocre results, but finished.

    If any one is interested if I’m away on holiday for example I do I skipping rope burpee routine That is 30 burpee 30sec skip rope but 1st set is 3burpee 2nd 2x2pump burpee 3rd 1xs3 pump burpee 4th 1x4pump burpee 5th 1x5pump burpee 4rounds of that 20 mins job done Love your content mate This might be a bit easy for some people but I am 62 years old

    Great Passion and Motivation you have for your Training Routine, Training is a part of your Life , and you are Training whit the whole Heart and Focus . You motivate many People to Try your Training Style The Perfect Burpees . You are keep in it 💯 , perfect Style and Techniques. Great you do Combination Strenght Training and Burpees ,and Cardio,thats the best combination. You see how Strong you have become from that Training Style , through in Partial Reps in The Push ups, try Partial Reps in other movement. I wish you a Great April month of your Training that will help you so much , Try to interview Jesse Pawlak he is on KZread,so we see that Jail Style and see if this Training is beneficial.     How's the back? Have you heard of Incrediwear? I'm think of trying it for my issues. All the reports I've found thus far are positive. 1) Cindy (around the world) 2) 8 count BB w/ renegade row (wearing vest) 3) Royale Court w/ vest (Matt Furey style)
