Hmm, should it be though? Seems like a good way to get tendonitis if you are getting too much of a work out in your forearm from this.

Hey there! If you can do an inverted row, are you CERTAIN to be able to do a full pull up? Or are there other muscles the pull up uses? I have srs trouble with the very start of a pullup (from a dead hang) and can only pull from like a 90 degree angle up. Like my main trouble seems to be with the elbows. It's like, I just can't move or something from the dead hang to the remainder of the position. I did training negatives but I still struggled with that main movement all the way down. Wondering if this particular training will help? No longer have access to a pull up bar. Thanks!

Are 3 sets of 40 enough? I do supersets: 30 pull ups, 40 weighted squats, and 40 inverted rows, times 3, with decrease in the reps of the pull ups, 30, 25, 20. Then, I move on to a second super set of one leg bridges, dumbbell hammers, and pulldowns, all similar rep and set pattern. Any recommendations?

Yeah u can bro just super set some pushups and inverted rows for 20 minutes every morning right when u wake up even if its just ten minutes do 10-20 rows go straight to 20 pushups then catch breath til u feel rested and repeat for twenty mins. Throw in some squats and ab work every other set so u dont neglect ur legs and core...do 200 rows and 400 pushups and tell me the pump isnt insane! I gifted a few friends one parallel dip bar so they can use them for inverted rows and pushups and they all say its been easy to be consistent this excersize selection wont blow you up like a bodybuilder or get you strong like a power lifter but you can get pretty aesthetic with inverted rows and pushups with the right diet and some intermittent fasting . Your chest triceps and shoulders core back biceps forearms and grip and rear shoulders are all getting worked. The inverted row compared to a pullup is like a pushup compared to a dip. Inverted rows can be just as beneficial as pullups just got to do the higher volume. Im talking 150 plus reps
