Are you working towards your first chin up? Read On.

Inverted Rows are an exercise you need to include in your training.
-
I love them because:
-
✅ They are accessible to all fitness levels: bending the knees makes them “easier”, extending the legs makes them more challenging.
-
✅ The Smith Machine is great for this exercise as it is easily adjustable and is locked into position and it is a great way to track your progress, but you can also use a squat rack or even a TRX.
-
In this video I will show you:
-
✅ How to set the Smith Machine Bar to start out
✅ How to start with bent knees and progress to full extension
✅ How to progress inverted rows as you get stronger
✅ A very important cue that will help you get the most out of each pull
✅ How you need to create tension in your body

Terrific video. Inverted rows should be more popular than they are currently are. This helps.

Push-ups and Inverted rows are a must for exercise pairings. There is absolutely no way you can go wrong with these two exercises put together. Bonus points if you superset these. Edit: Inverted rows with bars are cool and all. But gymnastic rings are a game changer with this exercise. ⭕️⭕️
