    for extra balance work Iike to stick the loose knee all the way up in the air, obviously would need lighter weight for that though

    you'd get better extension if you raised the leg you aren't doing reps with to your chest every rep. granted it does require balance and if your using weights,falling is something to avoid all together. STAY BUFF!
