    would like to see a tip/instructional vid on the landmine press. it's an exercise that not alot of people do or even know about but is a great alternative to incline bench presses for people with shoulder problems. but it's tricky getting in just the right position to really feel it in the upper chest. perhaps a vid could help out!

    I like the fact you've noted that everyone is different regarding the angle bending over. Some books say "horizontal" but of course not everyone can, myself included. Just less than 45 degrees is my comfortable zone

    Bentover rows fixed my low back pain. I had to start very carefully though with light weights, just the bar, thought my back was going to give out at first but slowly strength increased and pain went away.

    Question here: I'm an utter noob at bent-over rows. When I'm doing them, is it okay that the bar doesn't touch my torso? It seems my rep ends with the bar just an inch IN FRONT of my chest or abdomen, but not below it and pulling further just really hurts my elbows and shoulders. How much gains am I losing out on if I decide to forego that last inch of travel, given I do okay form for the rest of the exercise?

    With tricep dips I have the problem that my shoulders come a lot to the front. So after like 10 reps I can't dip anymore because my shoulders are push all the way to the front. It kinda hurts too. How can I prevent that?
