What brand is the oil?

Can I just use Pump to drain the oil out of dipstick hole, so I don't have to flush through the bottom? Same affect?

Yes, using the pump is the easiest way, and the same effect👍.

Pump will not remove any sludge in the pan. Always have oil warm (not hot!) before draining.
