Hello Mr. Coach Lee. I truly appreciate the wonderful aspects of your legacy and establishment into an empire. I believe you change millions and millions of people in every different shape and form. I’m not talking about me but I’m thinking among the whole world. Whether it’s male or female including all races who thanks you. I want to bless you for everything. I’m sorry for the paragraph but I never express to family, or ex friend. I don’t think no one care about. I dream about an ex friend plenty of times but I don’t understand. I guess it does not mean anything. Thank you if you do listen or I don’t know.

The worst part is that I feel robbed. I feel robbed of all the time that I dedicated to him. I feel robbed of all the love and affection I gave him. I feel like I wasted a year of my life caring about him and trying to fix our relationship when I was the only one making that effort in the first place. When I told him "I love you" he responded: "I'm too young for this". I just really wanted somebody to give my love to and I was completely blind to the fact that he didn't deserve me. At all. And chances are that if you're watching this video, trying to "fix things" and to become a better version of yourself for this person, they don't deserve you either. You don't need them. Loving and respecting yourself is always more important than loving someone else.

@@nutribodymilk So, I'm 4-5 months into the breakup. I do feel better, but honestly it's rough still. BUT it's gotten better in stages. All my focus has been on staying afloat and trying to feel alright and releasing feelings and focusing on me and everything you're supposed to do. Then there's moments that set me back bad. BUT also moments where I have this new way of thinking about it or looking at the situation or the ex and THOSE are what give me a step back toward not feeling as horrible. Like I saw a picture with her and a new guy on a tropical island vacation. It sent me into a spiral. Then 2-3 weeks after I imagined how even with the new guy she'll still flirting with other guys and causing him pain and how lucky I am to have avoided that. Doesn't take away the pain, but that realization brought me from a 8/10 in pain to maybe a 6/10...which honestly is significant Right now I'm maybe at 5/10 compared to the 9.5/10 that I felt before. Just keep going forward. Trust that time will help. Keep trying to keep your healthy perspective. We have skewed perspective right now. The way your friends who are detached see it, they're the ones who are right. We'll eventually slowly get there

I was thinking of leaving the relationship a few months back, but then HE broke up with me and I started idealizing our relationship. It also brings me comfort to hear that everything I am feeling and thinking is normal and I'm not crazy. I am trying to take things one day at a time. THANKS COACH LEE!! God bless!!

I really truly hope this is my last break up ever. Spent my 20s learning so many lessons & racked up so much trauma from relationships which I think people don’t talk about enough.. trying to heal from constant heart breaks/disappointments is very difficult. But I’m going to do it and be patient because while I’ll likely need to date around again - the next person I settle down with will be my LAST (hopefully, ideally). The part of this video that helped me most is take it a day at a time!!! Stay present, enjoy the moment. Something I struggled with in my life in general. loved this video thanks so much!!

Listen folks! I know it hurts. I've been there myself. 16 years together and she bounced from our marriage. It's hard in the beginning, very focking hard. However, remind yourself that it's all emotional. It's not physical. They left us, they said we wasn't good enough for them, so...why are we feeling sad about someone who threw us away? Slap yourself a few times and pick your soul off the ground. You came in this world alone and you will leave it alone. Your ex is not going to die with you. Your ex don't care about you. Get it through your head folks!! If you can't live for yourself, how can you live for someone else? Outta sight, outta mind. Live your own life and enjoy it! When the time is right, someone better will come and love you for YOU! So, stop being a wimpy ass sack of potatoes. Cow-wa-bunga dude!!!

That love vs. loss is so on point, Coach Lee. I was contemplating leaving for a while. The difference was that I actually made countless attempts to communicate, compromise, ask for reciprocity, connection, remained faithful and still showed up in the relationship. He on the other hand did the very opposite and slow faded his way out and eventually said he didn't want the responsibility of a relationship. Emotionally I felt sad, devastated and angry even felt like I had to try harder despite knowing at the same time, this man has shown countless times that he's immature, selfish, emotionally unavailable dismissive avoidant, dishonest, etc etc it goes on and on. I knew logically I should have ended it Yes we had great times and I believe he loved me by his way and definition of love. Nevertheless, I'm hurting so badly definitely over the loss. Was wondering is this my ego because he ended it first? Because I felt 😢discarded? Because I feel as though he was always the one giving bare minimum then nothing, so how dare he. I know I was a good woman to him. Anyway, this is validating for sure to hear about this concept. You're the best, Coach Lee and Coach Ken!

It includes a coaching call each month for 6 months. You can talk to Coach Lee's team about it. There were communication issues that grew then we still talked, texted, delayed getting our stuff back. She still has things of mine, offered to hold them indefinitely. On again off again contact. We even ran into each other and mutual friends, more hers, who didn’t know we broke up. We didn’t speak in person, then she reached out to apologize and find out why we didn’t speak. I explained why and we agreed to meet to talk. She rain checked me twice. Now I’m in NC. Working on myself, doing what I can do for myself to heal. Despite all the conflict, I love her, I love myself and I want her back eventually.

Hi everyone, It’s my first time listening to coach Lee, to find out that I am emotionally normal, made me feel really good. I will continue to take the good advice. One day at a time. So true! Love to make friends here and listen to others experiences. Even though it’s not my first break up, you forget the pain and yourself in all of this.

Hi Coach Lee, I watch your videos regularly, because your words give me hope and inspiration. I can truly say that your work is an effective therapy for me 😊👍🏼 It has helped me to believe that I really can move on from my break up, but now I really need to apply the recovery methods to my own life. I've watched videos of relationship coaches but it's just not the same. Thank you so much for your sound advice and keep up the good work! 👌🏽😘😁

Its been two months since my bad break up and I have had good days and bad days, it has been very hard and Its best to focus on yourself and healing the wounds instead of jumping into something because you are lonely. You are not alone and we can all get through this. Fall in love with the new version of you. Give them space and let them heal as well.
