This comment is for anyone who needs to hear this. I got my ex back. I followed all the steps. Then I found out he was cheating on me, and frankly, probably was cheating on me the first time around too. My point is, if you are sitting there pining for an ex to come back to you like I was, you really need to ask yourself if you want to be with someone who is making you wait in the first place. Who isnt putting in the effort to contact you, if you know the ball is in their court. Because a person who loves you and cares about you is not going to risk you moving on. You need to ask yourself if you are really honoring your self respect in your situation, I wasnt. I wanted him back no matter what. I got what I wanted and it was a nightmare, more tears were shed. Sometimes we need the closure, sometimes we need to get back on that broken ferris wheel, but the truth is that it takes two people to make a relationship work and if that person has already left you before, then you need to let them keep walking. End of story.

So I just decided to stop it. I miss her but I think the breakup was for the best. Now I'm dating other girls and building my life again. So yeah it was hard but the no contact helped me in a way I wasn't expecting.

One of the reasons I watch these videos is not to get my ex back but to learn about what things that will be expected when the no contact rule is in effect. Exes always come back for multiple reasons. If they don’t come back especially if they dumped you, that’s their loss. If you played a huge role in their lives and they don’t come back, let Karma deal with them. The best thing you can do after a breakup is to focus on yourself mentally, physically and emotionally. You health and finances is more important than a relationship. Deal with them first, once you reach your goals then you will see the difference. Trust me it did worked with me before that my exes came back because I was going to the top

How's it going?

My ex came back, I never never never EVER believed they would after how they acted and the things they said to me. I was moving on and had accepted they have gone out my life. I begged, I pleaded, I chased and made myself look a fool when I was broke up with. But one day I just stopped, disappeared. They then kept trying to contact me, they ended up chasing me ! Believe me I NEVER expected them back. No contact works !

You do not need to love yourself first in order to be loved by other people. I repeat, you DO NOT need to love yourself first in order to be loved by other people. Self love does not come easily for some people. Self love is a life long journey for some people. When you tell people that they need to love themselves FIRST before they can attract anybody else who will love them, you’re also telling them that it’s not okay to be where they’re at. You’re reinforcing the belief that they are not lovable. I know you mean well and you have good intentions but it’s not helpful for those of us who struggle with self love or have low self esteem. It comes off as: “You will be alone because you don’t love yourself and if you don’t love yourself nobody will love you.” I don’t mean to play devil advocate here, but there are hundreds of people on the planet who do not love themselves that are very much loved and cared about by other people including romantic partners, family members and friends. Self love is a LIFE LONG JOURNEY for some people. You can have relationships and attract the right people as you continually learn to love yourself. You do not need to love yourself first in order to attract or be loved by other people. People who do not love themselves deserve love and to be in loving relationships just has much as any other human being. Let’s not leave them out of the equation because they haven’t reached the level of self love you have attained.

This "you gotta love yourself first before blah blah" is an ancient old meaningless platitude that everyone seems to parrot without thought. What the he'll does it even mean? Granted you should not get your self-worth entirely from someone else and cling to them like a life raft. But if everyone everywhere waited until some elusive time that they "loved themselves" before pursuing a relationship half of the world's population wouldn't exist. And as you eloquent imply it us downright painful, cruel, and at least thoughtless to the receipt of this ridiculous saying. Think about the words and how they would really sound to someone with a broken heart. (And yes, I unfortunately count myself among them). I can count on one hand thd number of times I've responded to comments publicly anywhere but this hit a nerve and in my opinion is spot on. Thank you for being brave enough to say what many probably have felt inside.

I love how you can tell how much Coach Lee cares about his viewers. You can actually feel the empathy through his anecdotes and videos. Keep it up Lee, more people need to learn this love for themselves and more people need to learn empathy for the fellow man!

This was a great video. I have been using the law of attraction for years. I hear this often, what can I do to make my ex come back? Use the law by letting go and be love, love yourself, give love to others and then the true love you deserves will come to you. Do not force anything let it come to you. I wish I could like this video a thousand times. When you mentioned trust, it resonated with me so much that I actually felt my heart become more at ease. And trust me, my heart has been in knots for a few days. I have studied Law Of Attraction for a few years. Trusting is a way to let go and allow the universe to do its things. Trust is not about actioning or efforting. Trust is not easy, but I understood exacly what you meant and realize, that I haven't been doing any trusting...just alot of overthinking and worrying.

I’m back now at 47 days in and so far my ex hasn’t contacted me but I feel way better now. I feel like o went through so much emotional torment and one day I decided to just let it go and let whatever happens happen. It was freeing, and I’ve been happy since plus my ex has shown signs of weakness but I’m still staying strong and actually about to heard to a party with friends. I say all this to say it may seem like a never ending tunnel but it does in FACT get better, stay strong my friends.

it's been almost 2 months since the break up and 22 days of NC. Yesterday would've been our 1.5 year anniversary. He dumped me and I begged him for 2 weeks. My friend started being friends with my ex and I found out that they were talking behind my back. My 'friend' didn't want to admit but I saw the messages so I am no longer friends with her and then it happened. She lied about me to my ex and said I would leak his nudes and other sort of lies. My ex hates me now and I see him everyday at school. What can I do? I am ignoring him. But I don't think he will ever forgive me now because he believes in my friends lies.

This is the only GOOD, informative, practical video I've seen on the law of attraction. All of the others wallow in nebulous generalities and/or are made by the type of people who believe in horoscopes and healing crystals.

Coaching videos have helped me rise from really dark places. I wear my heart on my sleeve and end up in some painful, humiliating, situations because I ignore red flags. Your friends get tired of hearing your story....and tell you to just move on, but Coach Lee takes you inside the journey..he breaks everything down, he's like a surgeon, he slices and examines in depth why a thought process or action will work or not work. He makes you feel dignified... he doesn't make you feel worse than you already do...I'm a hairstylist who's now a certified Relationship coach. I’ve been watching videos for that last few days, including this one and I’ve found it so useful and comforting with navigating no contact and focusing on self-improvement. Continues to be hard, however today, a funny thing happened...was in a salon and they had a random tv channel on, and what would you know....golf was on, with a focus on Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus...!!! Coach Lee!! I took your advice and watched a ton of your videos. My ex went silent for awhile and was in the relief/elation period for awhile, she has been in the anger/frustration period for a little bit now and the reason I know bc she subtweeted me yesterday. I know she is not over me or the break up because of it. She is a very prideful, egotistical, stubborn person. Mainly because of her friends. We have mutual friends and when I hang out with my mutual friends, I don’t bring her up at ALL. I am happy with my life bc I actually made the changes in my life and our friends can see that. I’ve been hearing from my ex lately, but it’s all about him. What he needs, his problems. Still him, not me or us. I’ll respond to him, but I won’t reach out to him, or even put any faith in a future with him. I’m going to continue focusing on me. This is giving me more reason to believe it was a blessing in disguise, breaking up was prob a good thing for me. I came here to see for advices on how to get my ex back but over all the videos I’ve watched from coach Lee I’ve learned to steer off of the single goal of getting ex back but put all the energy on myself. Have a control of your life and don’t let others have too much power cuz if it’s meant to be, it will be. Build yourself up and attract the right person.

I use heart centred gratitude for everything, like thank you for my good health etc ! I just send loving thoughts to my ex -- thanks coach Lee for all your tips and knowledge ! You must have gone through breakups to have that empathy ! ✨💖

This is really hard, I'm at the point now of feeling as though time is really moving on, and I wonder if I'm moving on. I then tell myself to keep waiting, to stay strong. I then wonder if he's really done with me for good. Lots of ups and downs. Feeling vulnerable and weak this weekend. What I’ve realized is that using the nc rule and work on yourself which means do not get stuck on your ex with your thoughts you remove the energy will not flow and feed your ex in other words if you do not feed the lack of your ex loa will not give you the lack. Hope I’m right

All I will say just listen to him , every single things he is saying the truth . If u believe it will work and one thing I know if u hv been watching him for a while , u definitely a good person and I am sure your next relationship will be good .

Day 45 - just want to say it feels a lot better. Go train it will take out the pain from you and make you stronger. Try talk to friends it helps a lot. Yes i still think of her everyday but first week i thinked that there is no life without her. We had 3yrs relationship

I'll think about it , pretty certain his rebound girl is waiting for me to contact him. I can feel her , ruling over him. I feel my ex crying . I wake up every morning at 3am . ! I feel like I am insane or going there.
