Update: we are back together after weeks of no contact!!! It’s kinda hard trying to stay positive at all times but I got through it!!! He came back and brought the food I love (I was manifesting that he’ll come back and bring me food) just always trust the universe!!! The no contact rule is very very true, you only need to discpline and believe in yourself. UPDATE: After a few days that we are back together. He had a few drinks and got drunk. He never asks to forget the person, just let it go and detach in the sense that don’t think and obsess over the outcome of your manifestation. Just believe in that whatever happens is going to be the best for you. Focus on yourself and dont depend on the outcome or the other person to be happy and living! ivy paulina hi ivy, i would admit that within the 21days i would sometimes check if he had sent me a message. But it is no longer my priority. Eric is right. When you keep thinking and waiting, it wont come. But if you take it off your mind.... Tada! suddenly theres a message. You only think of him once and make sure you put all your emotions into it as if you already have it. Then let it go. I focused on my self and other aspects in my life. It is very hard at first, sometimes I stalked him with my friend's socmed account. Then I found out he deleted his facebook. Flower K i only set my intension once and put all my emotions on my thought then forgot about it. Then i just kept listening to the 21days affirmation but mostly focusing on myself. How to improve myself. So its not only my ex coming back, there are also a few men showing interest.

My ex/gf has this weird habit that she doubts too much. I give her alot of my attention. My best advice is also don’t break the contact- even if it’s 4 weeks, I believe that your ex will be curious why you’re so quiet, and will make contact first- I read a lot of people in the comments say they’ve seen results before 4 weeks and also 3 months later. And trust as long as you stay away from their social media and don’t make contact, you will start healing and by the last 2 weeks you won’t even think about it that much. I can’t believe how detached I actually am and I never thought it would happen so soon. If you’re struggling with detatchment, take it one day at a time. 2/1/20 I started no contact. I'm new to this, my ex was big into the universe, while I ignored it. But I trust it, and I know it has my back. Maybe my new energy will pull her existing energy. Im going to use this time to change and grow into the best version of myself. We will be back together, and she will be my wife. I'll never take her love for granted and she will fall back in love with me. Edit: After 12 days of disappearing and ignoring a few texts, she invited me over to "talk." Confessed that she has missed me, and we talked about completely starting over and trying again. Hope this works for everyone else.
