My mother and father stayed together for over 50 years. They went through good times and bad times . But not once did they ever talked about leaving each other. Honestly I don't think true love exists anymore. People arent willing to make things work. Its easier to just leave. Meanwhile u destroy your family and relatives who love the both of u. Unless some is truly abusing you leaving someone because your bored is stupid. U can always fix things by communicating.

My parents for 30 and it's the same with them, they say it's a battle it's not easy but they will fight for their love both of them say this, it's quite admirable. Was marries for 3 years and my wife left me were not divorced but seperated coming up on 2 months now and tho I'm willing I guess a time of healing is what she's looking for and so I'll do that.

Yeah, it's infact sad. My ex broke up with me because she says she doesn't feel the same as before. It's LDR, I even met her friend and family and they liked me alot as well. After 2 years of relationship she just walked away Don't know what will happen next

You're on opposite sides when a break up begins. Those tables through no contact and working on yourself eventually shift. I got dumped a few weeks before christmas.......devastating as it was. I've noticed a repetitive pattern within my life. Every time I walk away.....I'm always amazed at how people come running back. Sooner or later the tables turn around. Even if it seems like they haven't shifted. Trust in yourself. Believe in yourself and KEEP GOING!

How long did it take for your ex to come back?

Just act as if they don't exist & my boyfriend came back in a little over two weeks.When they lose the ability to expect you to reach you out they'll contact you.Take each day at a time!! When I say the power of silence & absence is deadly it truly is. Love from Georgia💕

I'm 3 months in NC and haven't heard from my ex fiance of 10 years. I probably screwed up a bit since I continued to see her after she first broke up with me. Her final words were "I don't want to keep giving you false hope" On the plus side, I've been working on myself a ton with therapy, working out, lost 52lbs, finding a confidence I never knew I had, saving money, started new hobbies. Good luck to everyone out there, stay strong and focus on yourself, it gets better!

Usually I don't watch videos like these because I know what I'm doing, but my situation is so different from anything I experienced. My ex left almost a month ago and we still live together until we can figure out our living situation. Idk what to do or how to act when living with an ex. It's definitely challenging and it still hurts to some degree. I'm just confused and sorta lost.

When someone breaks up with you that is them basically saying " I can do better". Do you really want them back??

Direct after the break up i go radio silent. No begging or pleading. I disappeared complete. After 61 days she suddenly appears at night at my door. She wanted me back so desperately. She cried and begged for forgiving. While the break up lasts, we both figuered out our Problems and faults. And we worked it out. Now we are stronger and we are more in love than before. I was devastated 5 month ago when he left me, went through all the stages! I can’t say I am 100 percent back, but I feel so much better! He just told me he wants to see me through a text message. But I was strong enough to tell him no!!! Guys you will be fine at the end of the tunnel. Time will heal you! And they always come back!

Week 7... This is excruciating, I'm always in fear and wake up every day with my heart racing and a terrible anxiety.... But I'm staying strong, I'm not breaking NC. I love them and I want them back and if this is what it takes to get them back so be it

All worst things happened in my relationship, everything was amazing few months but slowly she got attracted back to her toxic ex, I got jealous, angry and everything I should not be doing. On 6 June we broke up I begged, got emotionally week those weeks were so hard to pass , other than these our relationship was long distance to make it worse I became friend with her after brrakup, tho later I started watching videos here and followed everything, I decided for permanent break up on 1 July and made my mind to move on, never again begged, talked, show her I'm doing awesome in real life, posted pics with other girls on insta stories, she messaged me a lot just after 4 days I didn't reply if unnecessary or never moved the conversation much after 2 weeks she was really apologize a lot for what she did and I could know the attractions she is developing again ..tho till this time I was good emotionally..I took things slow..no talks of past...and finalllyyy after 2 months we are united. Now I know never get jealous, beg, get emotionally week. Hope anyone gets help from reading it :)

I’ve watched your videos ever since I broke up with my ex. I focused on myself lost 30 pounds and stopped caring been in NC 4 weeks and with me it’s got to a point I don’t care if they come back or not we went out over 3 years and now it’s my turn to live for myself. Coach, too back you don't branch out from just getting an Ex Back. I love your presentation style. Your videos have helped me greatly after I was dumped from what I thought was my life partner. I didn't purchased the Emergency Breakup Kit because from the moment he broke from me, I wasn't sure I wanted him back. NEVER BEGGED! I went into high gear taking care of myself. He kept texting and ghosting for a couple/few weeks afterwards until I texted back "I'm healing. Please don't contact me for at least thirty days. Thank you." After that, my HP thought it was best I knew he was also cheating on me prior. Two months after being dumped, I feel wonderful now. Not to say that I don't have my energy dips and emotions that surface, but The world opened up with opportunities and options that wouldn't be there otherwise. I KNOW he will attempt some kind of reunion, but I know it won't be sincere. I don't want him back!

Hey Coach Lee, Just wanted to say Thanks. I followed the No Contact rule and after a year of hell I found Love elsewhere. Ironically when my ex found out I was moving on she told me she is devastated and is still in love with me. So this no contact rule works in many ways.

Coach Lee you keep me focused. Every time I doubt I repeat your words "trust the process " your video on anxiety after a break up has helped in that i have implemented your "laugh and say whatever " whenever the anxiety gets unbearable. My break up is slightly different than what you discuss, my break up occurred during a depression episode that came about after the covid quarantine, a serious family illness and the stress he was being put under. I watched as he struggled with everything and his trying to explain what was happening and feeling at a total loss to help him i watched as he distanced himself from his friends, his family and ultimately me. I heard him question his worth, his belief that he had to be a better man. He told me repeatedly he felt like there was a black hole he was falling into and that he wasn't himself, he wanted to be himself again. He finally broke up with me saying it was to protect me, that the way he was feeling and the way he was acting was going to push me away forever and that he would rather not have me now in this moment than to lose me forever. He said he need time to sort this out, he started therapy and said he just needed to be alone. That was it, 2 years done, i of course broke the rules, begged, offered to stay by his side, he kept saying I don't mean to be cold to you but you're making this worse. I didn't contact him for close to a month, i was greeted with please I just want to be alone, a couple of weeks later he cleared my nickname on messenger, i again broke no contact and asked him why he did that and he replied because you're not my gf anymore, which I stupidly replied but I thought we were going to work this out, he said i don't want to work anything out, im not happy, i haven't been happy for a long time i just want to be left alone, i asked my just me or by everybody and he said everybody. I ran into his best friend a few days after that and he said that my ex hadn't called or come around to wish him or celebrate his birthday,, i asked had he seen him much since may and he said no, like a couple of times ( these two saw each other on the regular at least 4 times a week). A couple of weeks passed and I was messing around in messenger, rereading, dissecting over thinking every message (I know crazy) and I went into the settings and changed the color of the messages, this was a stupid attempt to see if I was still on ignore, the settings changed, i didn't think anything of it, i didn't message him just satisfied my curiosity so to speak and went to bed. The next morning i woke up to a message that said "could you just leave me alone, please " i responded ???? I have (i didn't know they were notified of chat color changes " i learned my lesson and have been in absolute no contact since Aug 1, we broke up May 27th. I don't know how well no contact works for a person in a depressed and anxiety ridden state but I know that my obsessing is not healthy. I know in my gut this is not over, so for now I must give him the space he has asked for, i must respect his decision and live my own life. I was just curious if anyone on here has tried no contact with a person going through depression and anxiety and how did it turn out for you?

Oh and he reactivated his Facebook account and unfriended me but didn't block me and has left his relationship status to "in a relationship since 2018" I'm really confused and probably a little pathetic.

Coach Lee is right....My Ex just contacted me after 2 years of No Contact. He had deleted me from his phone and he had to look up my email address...his email said "Is this You?". I didn't get his message until 3 weeks later, and when I finally said only "Yes, it is.", he responded immediately, and we have been corresponding for 3 days now...I'm gonna go slow. @@terrymccann2792 understand, its dificult especially knowing the fact she near with you and chances to bumped each other is higher. anyway i did muted my ex on soc med and away from her friend until im ready to face her without any resentment or angry. things that helping me as well , im focusing on my self to be a better version, be better because of me ,not someone else and everytime im thinking bout her or curious bout her being , i would say to myself "she left me and she dont want me in her life" . why should i bother.

Last time we talked, she told me one of her friend crush on me. But i not proceed further on that. Not gonna lie .i feel much better after muted her on soc media.

2 years of no contact. Used to want them back. Overtime I was Able to move on and fall in love with someone new

@alfred lauridsen yes most move on, it’s the ones that don’t move on , is really sad ,wasting their life, ya gotta exercise, work on yourself, you’re finances, all you’re doctor appointments, my ex was cool enough to email me and tell me she’s getting engaged to her new guy, I could tell she was trying to help me, not spiteful, I think she knows I still think of her, even though I totally leave her alone, I just emailed back congratulations and all that, she seems so happy, and I’m pretending not to be hurting, I exercise soo much so I can sleep, and makes me feel better

Everytime when I'm about to lose hope, your videos keep me positive. Whatever points you said really is spot on exactly my situation. It's been 2+ months of NC and I'm always thinking he won't contact me because of how he was so confident and cold during the breakup, that he doesn't love me, doesn't see a future etc. Or maybe he was cheating behind me, I don't know (I hope not). Everytime I think back, I lose more hope. But after watching your video, it brings my hope back up again. Thank you Coach, I will try to be more positive and believe NC more ❤️

Don't lose hope. If you pay attention to your thoughts, to the way you feel and the words you are saying you will attract everything that you want, him too or a much better more suited hotter guy. You are safe, you are well, you are finding things easier and better every day. Quiet your mind, meditate, workout for that serotonin uplift, eat delicious food, bear hug your loved ones, learn something new. Fill your life with all the nice and wonderful stuff that makes YOU happy. I believe in you 😊

I've never had any social media, my preference. My ex does, It's going onto 3months of NC. I'm literally in the dark as he is with knowing anything about me. I was blindsided, he moved away a few wks after he broke up w/me. To move away, after he made it clear he could never do that. Chances of him ever looking for me seem unrealistic, I have no idea how to move on or start to heal, regardless of all my efforts.

My girl broke it off with me 3 weeks ago after 8 months and i didn't behave particularly well and made a lot of the mistakes mentioned. I didn't go full no contact but backed right off, but i can feel her very much pulling at me again just now. Whatever than means time will tell but she appears to be coming round having denied her my presence. Your videos have completely changed my perspective on things, i feel almost immune to negative emotion right now and it feels good. I feel in control again. I didn't really do anything wrong in the relationship, the problem is more to do with her own past and how she had been hurt badly.

Coach Lee, I love watching all your videos! I'm so heartbroken right now. Been with a guy for 10 years and married to him for 4 years. Now, sadly past 7 months we've been in a long distance relationship. Incredible difficult and also due to pandemics unable to visit each other. For 2 months he got really silent and I had no idea what was going on. A week ago he told me that living apart like this doesn't work and that life where he's, is not suitable for me that I cannot really blend in. So his suggestion is to divorce because he's unable to leave that country and leave his family behind. I'm so devastated, so so upset because a few months ago he was telling how much he loved me and that he wanted to have children with me. I've been crying and not sleeping for almost a week now during NC. Today, I had to reach out to him to sort out something important-strategic contact rule and he asked me whether I reconsidered his divorce suggestion and said that we have grown apart. I didn't react to that. I'm feeling even more upset. This really hurts. Should I continue with NC or respond to him?

How long did it take for them to reach out

No contact works! I did not contact for several reasons, but primarily because we were divorcing and he started a rebound relationship shortly after I left him. I didn't chase, beg, reach out...nothing. This drove him nuts. Curiosity, fear, unhappiness, displeasure with the TWO women he tried to replace me with all fueled his actions in wanting to save our marriage. He did the comparing thing, which I don't fully understand, and he realized he didn't want to divorce ( I filed).

The key is to become a better person in all aspects in life! Grow as a human being and find happiness in yourself and they will come back 💯 Coach Lee is a the pioneer of relationship breakups!!!

@coach: since you have a lot of outreach to people and Covid has disrupted many patterns - if you’d be kind enough - is it possible to do a small survey on your platform to see During Covid - 1) how many exes reached out to alleviate their anxiety, then disappeared.. 2) how many exes reached out with proposal to rekindle.. 3) how many never reached out ?:) i feel the numbers will be different than their normal projections

If he your ex is someone that is worth the time and effort, LISTEN TO THIS MAN. Jump into this no contact ASAP!!! It is so hard but when you least expect it it starts working... even if they dont come back, you have time to find yourself and maybe even realize you didnt want them at all... It's been 3 days since no contact. We broke up in June and were talking for 2.5 months. I decided no contact was my last resort to try to fix things. I'm praying it's not too late. I'm just so scared to lose him and that this might not work.

Had a terrible break up which led me to researching no contact. Ive tried no contact several times (on different people and sometimes multiple times on the same person), and it works pretty much every time, even when I thought all hope was lost. Sometimes it would take weeks, sometimes months, but it's like clockwork. It changed my life (part of no contact is improving yourself). It is one of the hardest thing to go through internally, but believe me, stay patient, and strong - it is the best and frankly only option. Once you do it once and have confidence in it, it's easier the times after that since you know it works. Now, I almost wonder how break ups even work - ironically, when you try to move on the proper way (not begging and pleading), the ex's always come back and you almost cant stop yourself from trying it again!

After 7 months of being strung along and my insecurities running a mac truck with wrong reactions of constant texting and calling..not handling and having a adult conversation when talking with my ex..he told me he's seeing someone and wants to see where it goes after 6 years together..I reacted terrible out of anger and said terrible things to his sister about him and to him..these are so crucial..started NO CONTACT yesterday which i've never done...feels like a powerful addiction that needs to broken..it's impetive I do this for myself and respect myself..need to focus on reinventing myself!!
