9 days in, and some days are definitely easier than others. I'm AP and she's DA. Today was a hard one.

I watched these videos every night for comfort because we all know the nights are the hardest. And I watch them when I get down on myself. This is all new to me- I’m trusting the process. Thank you for the videos.

Yes that is the best revenge, we was together for 6 years and it's been 2 1/2 years since we been apart still miss her very much , my life has been better in every aspect. I never reached out to her and to this day I still do care and miss her but in a distance and not bother her, in the end you dont get over it you just learn how to live with it

I've often said death is easier because with death there is no going back. You are forced to let go. Losing someone you became vulnerable to and loved dearly, is a pain worse than death. I've lost my dad and my best friend and I've grieved harder and longer losing the two loves in my life. I guess I should be happy I had two (not at the same time)

One of his best videos. Yes, it applies to all aspects of life when things aren't going your way. Showing strength shows her that you can take her or leave her. That doesn't mean you don't love her. It means you aren't desperate; you're solid. I followed this dude's advice and I got her back after three months. We're ten months now in chapter 2 and as strong as ever. Yes, it's better than before.

My long distance just left me this past Sunday on the 2nd the day before her birthday.. we were in a relationship for a year-and-a-half and we had seen each other two times one time our daughters actually met mine is 9 and hers is 10 and my daughter was really looking forward to having a new sister, anyways it seemed that her career was what she chose over moving to Texas with us which I can respect.. my 2nd oficial day of No Contact was yesterday but she checked on me today because I happened to sprain my knee yesterday at work. But I'm only responding very cool and calm just like the coach Lee's videos I have been binge watching, she's a super sweet woman who I have amazing chemistry with and not a difficult bone in her body whatsoever.. It would be a shame to lose this unicorn of a woman!!! Any man would be blessed to have her just as I have. She cried when telling me the bad news but she basically explained that her love had dwindled which killed me because I thought we were still looking forward for the move in Summer.. I should have encouraged her when she wanted to visit me on New year's but I talked her out of it because I didn't want her to get in a plane accident or be stranded in the midwest because she lives in Indiana I was only looking for her well-being but maybe she didn't see it that way and she started having doubts.. Abdul Mumin Foysol So happy for you! I love hearing success stories. I’m a little over a month of no contact myself. Any advice for my situation? I’m 28 and 13 years younger than her- I know the age difference was part of it. We dated for 5 months with no relationship title and it turned into a long distance situation the final couple months since I became an independent contractor and now travel for different jobs. I’m making great money which is awesome but seems I lost her in the process. I really hope we can start over again eventually though. She really was special to me and I’m gonna keep doing whatever is necessary to be prepared for when we do.

My guy is coming over tomorrow with steaks and bake potatoes. We've known each other 6 yrs. We're in our 70's and I have never met a man like him. Such a gentleman and caring. It's been a week since we've seen each or even communicated. I let him have the break.

I panicked and did those mistake... it was my first serious relationship and therefor first serious break up. However I completely get what you are saying in this video. With it being a bit over a month now and me being in NC, I realised it actually was a good thing, it was a kick in my butt and I started working on myself more than ever before. I know that if we are meant to be than we will get back to each other and will be better for each other, if not, then at least I will be better for someone else and mostly for myself. Its still hard to know I wont have them in my life, but Im starting to realise that no matter how this ends, it was a good thing because I needed to lose someone I loved to realise what I was doing wrong and to realise my worth.

Wow ... Seems like we are on same boat. I cried and pleaded before and on the day she broke up with me... Went straight no contact and broke it after 7 days and befriended her(most pathetic things to do). Stayed in contact with her, hangout twice and after 1 and half months I convinced her if we can workout and she told me she's not interested and that she don't love me anymore...no contact for 2 months now.

But then we met up and it felt like break up no2, we ended at good terms tho even tho the conversation was tough. So Im in 3rd week of NC round 2 and we will see. But tbh Im not sure I can be with my ex anymore, they sleep w someone new already and that just makes me sick

I’ve noticed it is extra hard to operate from a position of strength knowing he started seeing someone else but the good news is it is possible. Regardless of what’s going on with him I can still strength train my mind and body and in time my position also naturally strengthens. Sometimes when my mind starts going to a weak place my inner drill Sargent orders me to knock it off...and it actually helps!

I've been watching your videos since my ex-girlfriend broke up with me and I can tell that there is no better coach I've found than you, I tried other technics at the beginning that clearly didn't work but when I started applying the no contact rule I started to have better results, waiting for her to reach me out, no calling or texting her, and she has been doing it with intervals of 2-3 days, and when I talk to her, I don't cry or beg, I think as you say, I look more strength and mature in this way, it makes sense when you don't chase, they look back and miss you, she is not back yet but applying your advises most likely she will. Watching your videos makes me feel strong and hopeful in this nightmare. Thank you.

He is undoubtedly the leading expert but it might be he has a teleprompter app displaying the script. I only say this because I've just got such app [Andorid app, Telephrompter] to help me with recording future videos. Either way, Coach Lee is a genius who helps soooooo many of us.

I noticed a lot of people write posts like "If he/she left me she doesn't deserve me" like Coach Lee said humans are not perfect. They lose their focus, make bad decisions, misinterpret their feelings and so on. Good things are not easy and for good things you need to make an effort. Everyone wants a job that pays 20k a month but nobody wants to study and go to college. Everybody wants to drive a brand new car but nobody wants to work for it. Same thing with relationships. Sometimes people need to grow and be stronger than before. Learn the skill of forgiving guys it really helps in life ;). Also a lot of the times you aren't a second choice or as people say "Their relationship failed and now the are crawling to me" it may be true but you don't know for sure. Drop that ego my friends and you will be surprised at how many things you misunderstood. Have a good one!

That was so powerfull. I love Coach Lees videos. This on in particular hit home at a time I thought I would cave in and try and contact my ex who I'm missing terribly. I want my girl but I also want her to know I'm strong and resilient. Not always on the inside but on the outside.

I Really Love this Video!!!! It's one of my Fav. I haven't seen my ex since November 5th, 2020. So I continue to Hold Steadfast to, Loyalty, Faith, Hope & Prayer that he will come back. We've been together, for 8 years he was my Best Friend, Teacher and we even Hitchhiked along the Gulf together, Wa State thru TX and than Florida. He is in California and I'm in WV for my first time. He will be in Savannah in Mid May n I'll be back in Florida.

Be strong 💪🏻 even if you feel weak , realize that you can get strong .

For everyone out there that is aching in pain from your break up, please listen to coach Lee. Every time I felt like I was weak I would listen, I would fall asleep to coach Lee. I wasn't sleeping at night, nor eating because of the pain. And it took everything I had to trust coach Lee. But let me tell you, it worked. And the serotonin release you get when you finally hear from your ex, is unimaginable. It took only 6 days for him to come around. We're still not 100%, but we are talking and he is reaching out to me! Please stay strong and trust the process!! You will be so glad you did. It's so worth the struggle. No pain, no gain! I love the way Coach Lee delivers his advices in his videos.. His voice is soothing and calm.. He speaks clearly that i can hear and understand everything he says.. It is so helpful listening to Coach Lee's advices, i get motivated... Tha k u so much...

It does blow my mind to hear people say that about the ex they are wanting back.,that “they are a terrible person, evil, narcissistic,etc. but I want them back.. I know my DA ex and myself an Anxious were both at fault for not knowing the others issues until after the fact.

I cant thank Coach Lee enough for making these videos, i'm feeling so down , missing my ex who left me when i asked him question bout committment. Coach lee's videos help me relax n look at life with positive prospect. Also give me hope he be back n this time with proper committment

I've been struggling with a recent breakup, binging on your videos. I bought the breakup kit. Within a day I was on track with your guidance. I am currently 5 days in. It is very painful, and I think that this video has just changed my life. I think this inspirational speech has given me the strength to move on if I have to, in time. But, I definitely still want her back, because I know I took her for granted, and I know I can do better. I also know we were happy, before we had our falling out. Thank you so much for the hope and love for what's ahead that you've given me, Coach Lee.

Is the kit worth it? Seems like binging all these videos will give us the help we need. I do want to support the guy but is the kit worth it?

So right. I feel I'm in a position of strength he dumped me. I've gone silent he did message me saying he misses me I messaged back a few messages to each other then hes gone silent again. Nice messages about what we been doing. I'm not bothered what he does now I will only wait so long. If he doesnt get in touch I'm moving on. I will give it time. I just want to focus on myself now Thank you this video has given me strength and a new found wisdom

Needed this. Was together 5 years ago for a year, broke up for 3.5 years, got back together WAY too quickly for 6 months and broke up again (schedules didn’t mesh, moved in with one another too quick, lots of love there though) and I’ve been seeing my situation like this for a bit. Haven’t reached out since July and I feel that’s really strong! Hopefully he’ll realize what I think I already know. ❤️
