Revengestar You could just stop at «anyone». We don’t NEED anyone. That’s the mindset you’ve got to have. Doesn’t mean we don’t WANT anyone. And it’s okay to want someone you don’t get, as long as you know you don’t need them. Doesn’t mean someone who doesn’t want you now can’t want you in the future.

I tend to be extreme. I stopped working out 2 years ago (hmm right about the time of my relationship - weird ) and gained 40 pounds, a lot through beer and party. Since 6 weeks I hit the gym like a maniac 6x week, and I walk minimum 25k steps a day, and eating at a 50% caloried deficit but insanely clean food. IAs of this morning, I lost 32 pounds in 6 weeks. I'm working my ass off to hit my macros so I hopefully don't lose a lot of muscle. So far, my strength and weights have been increasing almost at the same rate as when I have taken other extended workout pauses. I have to literally force myself to stay out of the gym on day 7

If they want space give them space..if they want time give them time to think..let them rome..don't beg don't cry.. focus on yourself.. nothing is permanent..time heals everything..

Basically this is a little bit of a power struggle. Whoever walks out first has the more power. So even if someone left, did they manage to hurt you? Did your ego get hurt? Because when someone walked out on me I realized that I didn’t love them. But my ego WAS a little bit hurt, which took no time getting over.

After three months of no-contact I finally had enough and found someone even better than my Ex. She is more beautiful and caring, never been married, no children, she wants a child from me and we are finally engaged. How can I be so lucky! I love her so much.

I do a little online research and find out there’s someone else. 4 weeks later he writes me a silly text asking me why am I not chasing after him?. Not fighting for the relationship?.. lol I just laughed at his pathetic words and shrugged it off. I never responded to him and will never even recognize that he EXISTED in my life. It’s more so for guys than girls, girls have guys propose and chase them all of them time and girls rarely chase guys unless they are in love with them.

Getting addicted to your advice videos ... Each time I feel tempted to reach out to my ex I choose to replay one of ur videos and it calms me down and help me to move forward. And of course with some counseling each Saturday with the psichologist.. I really want him to regret having finished with me!!. So let's start with no contact, still going to my swimming classes, pastry, English classes and gym, and praying.

i did this too.. I got tired of making him see my worth. I've put up with a lot of his b*llsh*t for months. He developed a habit of ghosting me when he wants to and cancelling my calls. Then come back like nothing happened. When I try to get answers as to why he kept doing it, he wont give explanation. He didnt want to breakup either. The last time he did those, I got fed up and blocked him completely. I wasnt hurt as bad as I thought I would be. Maybe because I was Mentally prepared (not planning) for it to happen anyway. No formal breakup, closure. I just left.

@ Paola A & @essa v - same girls. Exact. Frick. Frackin. Same. I am one of those polite, not bitter or angry when he reached out but the bullshit just never stopped. He did the exact same thing as essa’s. Literally. Kinda wondering his name now lol Bc it’s eerie how damn similar our situations were. It’s been eh... 4 months? Sept. 15th was the last time I walked out the door & I haven’t looked back. I loved him, still do, we were “together”, and I use that word loosely (I’m sure you get what I mean by that), for 1.5 years. a constant struggle & lots of apologies & promises to do things different. To work on it together, to be better.. blah blah blah, but it always went back to the same old bullshit every time he found something to do that was more important than keeping plans he made with me & whatnot... every single time. Smh. I just can’t do it anymore. I rly & truly deserve better than that. Hell, nobody deserves that! Working on myself these days & doing just fine. He clearly never really cared, you don’t treat someone like that if you care about them, especially not for so long over & over again. So, while yes, it hurt like hell to be honest it’s myself enough to realize & accept that that’s just how it is. I’m not one for lying to myself, & getting past my own acceptance of who & what he is, helped give me the strength to walk away... and stay there. Anywho, best of luck in life & love, ladies! ☮️💟😌

The pain that you feel is the fuel that will give you the strength to persist. Whether you get back with your ex or someone new always continue to work on yourself. Remember- You have no control over who decides to exit your life, But you HAVE complete control over who decides to enter it.

After a month of NC i really thought that i wont be able to be myself again, i watched every video you have and followed your advice. The next thing i know, he messaged me and apologized for what he did.... before the break up, i begged, pleaded i did all of the red flags ‘cause it was so sudden... i even contacted his circle of friends i was that desperate for answers since he blocked me everywhere. Your videos kept me sane and helped me throughout the whole process. He came back and we’re taking everything slow since he told me that he couldn’t stand the thought of me not being there for him. The day he broke up with me, I was crying and begging and said to him it’s too painful to handle! He said relax you’ll be alright! Gosh... i regret saying those words. I should’ve cry in silence. Me bad!

This was the most helpful advice and gave me hope. Not so much for getting someone back but just what to do in order to have self respect.

On the contrary, I listened carefully and one of the most wonderful things in your speech is that you always reinforce self respect in actions, which is one of the most important tools to deal with any kind of emotional situation or conflict. A very helpful and honest video. Unlike other therapists and videos that don’t really help with their empty words like you should be thankful and naming all the stages of a breakup. People need real instructions and advices in order to move on and process the whole situation effectively. I heard an experienced, mindful talk, and I’m grateful for that. Thank you!

Diane H 3yrs ago I suggested a trial separation out of sheer frustration with my ex of 10yrs. My ex was in tears saying she didn’t want to break up. I said neither do I but I’ve suggested relationship counselling (which she laughed at, saying there was “no problems”) and every time I asked why stuff was like this or like that, I literally got an “I don’t know why” EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I suggested the trial separation so we could go on dates again and try put the spark back there as we’d lived together 8yrs too. I’d even said if she doesn’t want to be with me then just tell me, it’s ok. But she was so convincing she wanted me. She decided she would move out as had spare room at her mum’s. She cried as she left that night, saying she loves me and again didn’t want to break up. 2wks later, she wouldn’t even hold my hand on our ‘first’ date. Her attitude had completely changed. 1wk after that we broke up and I had to do it for her coz she was so inept at opening her mouth. I asked her why she didn’t want to be with me all of a sudden and got the same “I don’t know why”. I pressed her for a reason and she actually said, “Errrrrm... I dunno... you made me watch X-files?” as though that was some sort of deal breaker. After TEN YEARS, that’s ALL I got 😆 you couldn’t even make that shit up. She was also a fucking coward. She had plenty of opportunity to leave if she was unhappy, I never begged her to be with me, I only tried to make it work but got zero communication back. I had a feeling the only reason she didn’t leave or allow me to walk away, yet showed less effort than me in trying to make the relationship what it once was, was because she is so fucking incapable of being on her own (I was a rebound bf that we got 10yrs out of). Within 2mths breakup after 10yrs, she was already with someone else. I suspect the guy was chancing his luck as soon as he knew she was single (she worked with him) and she immediately knew she had an escape route. Some people are just messed up (and you don’t know half the shit I tried to forgive in the last 3yrs). She never deleted me from social media. I joined a gym, lost 2st, hiked to Everest Base Camp in 11days after previously not being able to run for a bus without dying. I was in the best shape of my adult life after 10mths and felt so good about myself after feeling absolutely destroyed and betrayed by my best friend. I’ve looked back over my own faults and worked hard to try and improve on them because nobody is perfect and I honestly think I am a better person for the whole shitty experience and somebody else will get the benefit of that (I’m on here because I met somebody wonderful 12mths ago but she just can’t handle being in a relationship - I suspect she has undiagnosed aspergers like her mother, and I don’t want to win her back so much as coach Lee just gives good advice of keeping your self-esteem up in hard breakup situation) and I’m glad now that my previous ex had shown her true colours no matter how shitty I felt at the time. Good luck to her being that kind of person and being a morally bankrupt coward.

Coach Lee, everything you've stated is Spot on mate. You really know your stuff. This is all real life stuff you talking about and its's amazing how accurate you are! Peace Man Time is a healer for sure. IF you significant other has left you then One thing you must ask yourself is this, Why chase someone who doesn't want you anymore. Move on! There is every chance that person might come back but Life is Truly short to be hanging around.

Instead of getting the ex back, can you do a course: rebuilding your life after a break up! Re-discovering the new you and how to best get back “on the dating horse”. Which guys to choose! Is it ok to tell guys that your dating others(I think you really need to take your time with dating multiple people so you don’t end up w a loser like your ex)

My birthday yesterday, he’s been calling and texting but I wasn’t replying. He asked a friend to convince me to join their party coz it’s my birthday. I left my house knowing he will come, true enough he did! He was so disappointed I wasn’t home. While in the party, he was so sad according to my friend that he asked his former gf to come since I wasn’t present. Before they left the party, he texted me saying it’s his final happy birthday greeting for me. It hurts but I know he is confused. Been a month since we broke up. We’ve been arguing to no end. Andrew , I was able to unlock his iPhone, I found out his infidelity. It got worse. I don’t wanna see him now. He’s now blocked me after he apologized for what he has done. I totally ended the relationship.

acer computer Don’t worry mate. You will get to a point where you just don’t care what she thinks. She’ll still pop into your head every now and then but rarely, and you won’t care. I am thinking like you in your comment after somebody wonderful broke up with me after 12mths, for silly reasons. But I also had a 10yr thing that ended 3yrs ago and I wouldn’t piss on her if she was on fire. You’ll be fine. You’ll go from hurting minute to minute, to hurting day to day only at some points, then you’ll have a bad day in a full week, etc. until you realise you’re actually doing ok and made it through the super shit bit. Then you won’t care. Took me 11mths after 10yr relationship. Keep going!

You are so right Coach. Being kind at all times works. She told me she wants space but it was hard for me and I chased for 4 months but your videos gave me the strength and courage to pull back. Now I'm in no contact mode, i show kindness whenever she reaches out because she has and I see that these two combination works. So thanks again Coach Lee.

My mother used to say, “Kill them with kindness.” She was so right. Stay calm during NC. Give them their space. If you hear from your ex, be kind and compassionate. Don’t challenge or fight, even though you may feel like it.

Your videos are so soothing and have helped me fall asleep the last few days after my breakup. The relationship lasted over 2 years and we made it though our first year of college but the day I got home he left me. It’s been rough but thank you for helping me through it.

In all your videos. the constant is to be confident, work on ourselves, be a better person, as we become more attractive if the ex wanted back anyway (and if WE want that too come that time...). Strangely, hearing this advice to just get better don't work when we are overwhelmed, in sadness and all. But the way you put it, it woke me up. It just did. Thanks!

I love the information he provides. It's more about lifting yourself up and bettering yourself rather than actually working to get your ex back. Learn from the relationship, not only their mistakes, but yours and put yourself in a better place for reciprocating a building a healthy relationship with someone in the future. Get healthy, talk to a therapist. Move on in your life for the better and whether it's your ex or someone else.. You'll be in a better place. Good luck to everyone!

Coach Lee I have just subscribed to your channel! You give the best, accurate, relative advice compared to other coaches. I love the fact that all we see is you head in the camera, clear background with your name and topic at the bottom of the screen. This video is brilliant and I am going through stage where I am giving him space. I will take you advice about working in myself and maybe get an interesting hobby. Last Sunday he ended it and said he didn’t want yo speak about it then and there so i gave him the no contact rule and 3 days later it was Christmas day and he actually sent me a lovely Christmas message which I responded. However after Christmas he has not spoken to me so I am currently giving him the space. Hopefully in the New Year he reaches out.

You don’t want to beg. Begging is not a good thing. It will make your loved one go away further from you. It will make them realize that you deserved it. You should tell them you love them. But don’t overdue it. Tell them that you love them when it’s appropriate and begging won’t solve anything. I’ve realized that. It only makes it a lot worse. So don’t beg anymore and say I love you when it’s appropriate. Don’t overdue it
