Coach Lee is a legend. My boyfriend and I had a huge messy breakup in 2019, and I went No Contact immediately. I focused completely on my own processing of emotions and grief . I became a new person after 3 months , and guess who wrote a letter, and started trying to contact me .... my ex. We ended up getting back together . No contact works when you accept the situation, and find ways to redirect your negative thoughts into ways you can benefit from where you are , and what happened. Love & light guys ☀️

My wife left me because she wanted to work on herself. We still married by law but she left her rings behind and I tried to look for her to talk and she texted me to back off and now she no contacted me and it's two weeks so far. it sucked because I'm waiting for her to still talk about what happened but mutual friends tell me she doesn't even tell them much which is weird. I still wear my ring and standing for my marriage but idk what she's up to... Everyone says to give her time and space and I've developed anxiety attacks since it happened.

@@alexisbeltran7110 really sorry to hear that, it sucks for real. Find ways to focus on yourself, do some sport , go shopping, go out with friends, it might ease the pain a bit. It gets easier with time. Also try to remember her imperfections, the number one of them being the fact that she cold-heartedly abandoned you with no explanation whatsoever, does she still deserve your full attention after this act , ask yourself that question

Here's some encouragement for everyone. Hey you. Yes, you. You're probably feeling like crap right now and you feel like the only way to ease your anxiety is by reaching out to the person who left. It's an addict mentality. Stay in no contact, don't give into the impulse. Current anxiety is better than regret later. If you are trying to talk yourself into thinking that you won't regret breaking no contact, just remember there's nothing you can say to change their mind. Think of it as an absolute. If you perceive it that way, you'll feel the anxiety gradually decrease. Anxiety is created by the "what if?" scenarios we loop in our heads. If we turn "what if"s into "I don't have the power to change someone's mind" we'll create a less fearful feedback loop. We won't see the forest through the trees until we step outside of it and get some distance for ourselves. I'm almost 2 months into NC. Life is getting better and I've gained something more important than my ex: self-respect.

  • @TheCc064

This video was a long time coming. Last September the ex texted me to call him about something, then said he can't be in a relationship with me, or something to that effect. I said ok and hung up on him. Didn't contact him for thirty days as advised, and it was more feeling like what a fool I was for wasting twelve months of my life. Couldn't eat, slept all those days, and neglected my hygiene, on top of working three jobs. One month later ex texts to meet up for coffee, only to stand me up because he was in a "shitty mood" that day. He contacts me every now and then because he knows he screwed up big time. He's thirty years old and has nothing. No job, no prospects, constantly whining about depression and anxiety, and he realized he tossed aside the one person that made his life less miserable: me. I don't even care at this point. If I had what I wanted in life: a stable full time job and home ownership, I wouldn't want to share a life with him even if he wanted to come back for good. I feel like the whole experience isn't about getting him back, it's about getting myself back.

The primary reason It IS about getting yourself back absolutely, Once you emerge from this No contact, you will be more disciplined, more emotionally centered, and your self-esteem will be higher, You will know yourself better. in short you will feel better soon day by day, You will have waves of grief (even if you don't want him back) but they will become lower and less frequent. In short you will become more attractive. It's very tempting to smooth over the pain by dating soon again or to see what's out there. I would encourage you not to do it. There will be a time for that. Dive deep within yourself to see what your part in this was. You may be attracting the wrong kind of person. Your ex may have a personality disorder. If so learn about that disorder with a therapist and then if they do or did have a disorder make the changes in yourself and train yourself to look for the warning signs of what the early clues of that disorder are. ie if your ex was a borderline or a narcissist then you would susceptible to attracting the same kind of person again. Work on yourself, learn new hobbies or skills. Don't stay in your house or apartment by yourself if you can. Catch up with friends or family you haven't seen in awhile. GET EXERCISE,. Stay in no contact indefinitely or until you're healed. You'll know when. GL

Crazy to see how many people are going through the same thing.. I feel so alone most of the time. Just trying to push through the day. I’ve been doing stuff to help like re doing my room, gym, journaling, ect.. does help and when my thoughts drift Towards the break up, I shift it To something else.. unless I feel I really need to let the emotions out and cry. I will do that but not stay in that sad depressed state. I pick up and move on as hard as it is! I had a nice Lil crying sesh on my way home From work. Guess what I wanted to do? Lay in bed and mope. I went to the gym for the first time in a while! And will start going! It truly helps me! I feel 100x better. Also for my situation, we only dated for 3 months.. I suspect this has bpd and there were many red flags! It’s best we are apart as he abused me emotionally. I have no hope to get him back and don’t want to! So I am dealing with the total loss of the future faking and love bombing.. The lies and manipulation. It’s really hard

Loving Me Oh how well do I understand what you are going through. Pretty much all of 2019 was everything you just said for me. Total hell, dealing with a toxic BPD, NPD, Cluster B individual. The experience will almost drive you insane, and will most certainly cause you to learn literally everything about what it is that happened to us. Beware of the hoover too. Mine did it after six months total silence. I took the bait, only to be idealized, devalued, and discarded all over again, but only faster the next time around, but today I Am all good. You will be too, I promise you will. Just give it time.

Rene P he warned me about all of his relationships & how they went so fast and he ended it because his exes never “understood” until it was too late.. he made me feel like We were soul mates. He hoovered me a week after discard just saying random things like good morning and what food he got. Just to ghost me again. It’s been a week now. At first I was doing nc to get him back because I thought it was all my fault like he told me. I knew something wasn’t right and started researching more.. found out about cluster bs. It all made sense and I don’t feel crazy anymore. The love bombing really got me hooked. I feel so hurt and upset. The cognitive dissonance is hitting me hard

God, it’s so strange that so many of us are going through the same struggles. My relationship lasted 3 months as well, but at the same time I don’t think or can’t recall the moment when I’d have been more invested in the relationship. For the first time I wasn’t scared of never being single again, I’ve poured my heart into this guy. And for the first time I met somebody that truly wanted to spend time with me, he pushed this to be a relationship, and I opened more and more each day until I realized that I want him and I see the future with him on my side. And suddenly, it was a matter of days really, he started to back off. I felt like I was loosing ground under my feet. He broke it off almost a month ago now, saying that he doesn’t know what he wants, that he finds me interesting and attractive but he’s mentally in a bad place and he can’t be with me anymore. It’s getting better and better everyday, but I feel like I have this enormous burden, a sting in the middle of my heart. I miss him everyday. I hope everything will work out for all of us. It’s heartwarming to know that we’re not alone.

I went completely silent on socks media for 2 months and even though he’s back I’m still off social media it made me realize the toxic place it became also for me and him so we’re keeping things off social media but very affectionate in public . The less they know the better and healthier things are. Don’t lose hope ever ! Pray to the universe and then let go. Meanwhile you’re doing the NC work on yourself go out enjoy yourself be you ! Find yourself LOVE yourself first most definitely. If it’s meant to be they will come back and if they do come back be very cautious but thankful to the world . Praying everything works for you ❤️ keep me updated I’m hoping everything works in your favor 🥰🥰

Time is the only healer, and you will be stronger and happier than you were before. When your broken heart heals it will be stronger just like anything else that breaks and heals. Just remember, do no harm to yourself, do only good. Keep your house tidy, clothes clean, bed clean, eat well and exercise, all these little things will help you not be dragged down.

“Gone with the wind” is one of my favourite movies of all time. I remember the quote you mention “I’ll worry about it tomorrow”. She was wise about it because she knew that if she worried all the time she wouldn’t get anything done and she needed to be strong to juggle with the other issues in her life. Thanks for reminding me of her strong character, it really helps. I worry about my ex all the time and I can’t even get a decent sleep because of this. I will try postponing this heavy worrying or limit its time. Also, taking a break from caffeine is a really good advice. I noticed too that drinking too much coffee can really increase anxiety and even get you into overdrive sometimes. Hope I can do it. Thank you, Coach Lee! You’re the best!!!

Trust me, the two times when I broke NC...the person NEVER came back and it actually pushed them away for good...so not only did I feel alone but now I felt awful because I gave in. Most of the time, the reason the person broke up with me had little to actually do with me and a lot to do with their own issues. The times I’ve used NC (longest being 3 years of NC and I moved on) the person always came back with the option to hook up, have sex and rekindle dating. Bottom line, use NC for your own sanity. For yourself. Not as a means to get the person back. I felt great after a week of NC, but as soon as I broke it and got no response/negative response, I felt depressed. I know that now. And looking back, when I broke NC, it wasn’t even the actual person I was missing, it was the attention and feeling of being with someone that was missed.

It is blind side and one sided break up.. Until now, its beem 2 weeks already still cry at night so many what if and why's... Fyi we dont fight a lot or big fight for 5yrs all we have is sweet moments and good memories together our both families.. And now i feel like im gonna die of pain, anxiety, panic attacked and everything.. I was his first long term and serious relationship,i was there of all his firstime, we both share our lives and together we mature, that's why its so hard to let go or move on if the reason is not enough to trow the 5yrs relationship.. 😢

One thing I've learned coach lee is that laughter and interacting with happy people really is a great way of dealing with the anxiety. I watched dad jokes on KZread, talk to people who are happy, watching funny movies, not being stuck in the house all day, go out to eat with friends, treat yourself, shop for clothes that look nice on you, make money, when you talk to people force yourself to actually engage in the conversation and be a listener. Do not speak or do things that will make you bored because it will cause you to really sink into your thoughts. Force your mind to focus on what you want it to focus on. The breathing is such A great way to reset your mind. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🔥🔥🔥. Thank you so much coach lee

Yes the withdrawal is real and you will overcome it, you're strong God's with you! Don't take an ex back they will be good for couple of weeks maybe months but they will leave again, trust me my ex fiancée did it to me 3 TIMES. Together for 6yrs engaged for 2yrs and she left for 3rd time almost 2months ago. I went no contact immediately everytime she left and I prayed for her to come back and she did, but that took years off my life and held me back from healing and moving on. They did it once you can't trust them, they left! Close door behind them and never open it again you don't need someone that leaves you you need someone that stays through everything just like you would!

Coach! I've been an avid follower since my fiance broke up our 7 year relationship. It's been around 4 months give or take. I've been patiently waiting for her and she's got a new BF now and all. I was devastated then one day my parents brought something up. My first GF, I decided to add her in facebook and chat her up. For 12 years we had no contact and the way we talked for the first time its like nothing happened, except that we are more mature now and more established in life than before. All Im saying is that to the people here try to realize that possibly it is actually you who is the ex that needs to come back. Who knows something better was there all along. She gave me no contact for 12 years guys. It works!

The laughing technique I have inadvertently been doing all along..I has been helping immensely.. It's always my go to... It's just a cavalier attitude.."screw it all" if you will...it is truly liberating.

16 years here, she left me on Christmas Eve. Any day now she will be coming to collect the rest of her stuff. I can’t put into words how much I miss her. I’m trying to stay strong but it hurts constantly. I love you Maggie.
