Watched coach lee's No contact videos on repeat for 3 months which is the length of time it took my ex to get back with me. This **** works! Just need the courage to trust it and apply it (and the luck of finding it at the right time before damage is done)

I was with my ex for over 24 years. We rarely fought and there was never yelling. In February, she started fights, almost nightly. A couple of weeks later, she said she wanted out. She rented a house shortly after and moved out the end of April. I was miserable and lost. I started to piece together what happened and things started to come into focus. By the end of May, I realized she had been seeing someone else. It was over and I knew it, but it made me feel a little better. Just knowing it was over and would never be the same again. It took a couple of more months to get over most of the sadness. But knowing it was over certainly hastened my progress. There was no more hope. What she did was rotten. Her boyfriend was a married guy she worked with. I never saw it coming, especially from her, but in the end, she was basically a weak POS. I can't say I am happier at this point than I was when we were together, and I wish it never happened, but I had to get used to it and move on. I wish all of you the best.

I don't know if you are aware, but Coach Lee has a live workshop called "Relationship Reignite." It's an incredible learning experience that I just can't say enough about. It focuses on saving a relationship from a breakup/separation and then keeping it after. It includes a coaching call each month for 6 months. You can talk to Coach Lee's team about it. I think the person for this is named Johnny and you can make an appointment with him to talk about it at myexbackcoach.com/relationship-reignite. No contact works. She called my friend and asked about me today. 85 days nc. Strange thing is it dsnt matter anymore. I got no hard feelings or emotions anymore. I was the one who cried begged did everything in frst week nd used to think its the end of my life nd here im after 85 days nc living a good life without her. NC definitely works but by that time your ex absence wouldn't matter anymore. All we get is just one life. Dont waste it on quitters. One advice : train your brain and do never forget the moments when they left you nd said all those bad things. Wrap a band-aid of self respect on broke heart nd keep moving forward. Time heals everything. Coach lee, thank you. I don't know what should i say... But thank you. You saved my life.

The main thing to remember is that they have left you, right now they don’t want you in their lives, be mature and respect their decision. Ask yourself, would you want to be with someone who doesn’t want to be with you?You are beautiful on your own ways, you deserve to feel loved appreciated and wanted and if someone else isn’t making you feel that way let them go and give it to yourself. Know your worth! Love yourself first!

For all of you that NEVER get your ex back like me, understand like Coach Lee says this isn’t 100% going to get your ex back because not every relationship is the same, time matters, personality matters, resolve in arguments/fights matters, time in the relationship matters, and sometimes we do break the rules of no contact, however, the lessons that Coach Lee shares with us, helps us heal while we are grieving, and also this wisdom will help us in future relationships. Hope you all heal with expedience. 🙏💗

What Coach Lee says is true. After my ex broke up with me out of nowhere (LDR), my heart was broken. I never begged and I never pleaded. But I cried in silence everyday and every night for 3 months straight. I couldn´t stop it. I was broken into pieces emotionally. But after 4 months I felt better. I live my life, work out, travel, spend time with ppl, who love me like family & friends. And yes, he reached out and he has NEVER stopped orbiting my social media. He watches my stuff religiously up to this day. He comments, likes...all of that. And he sent messages showing nostalgia. I stay friendly and calm..and I´m not overly keen. But at this point, I don´t know how to move forward. It´s been 6 months since he broke up. Stay strong people ❤

The timing of this video is impeccable! Healing is so important while you are in no/smart contact. It adds to your attractiveness because you are able to channel positivity in your interactions. It takes away the power of the breakup over you, which gives you the reset you need. Letting go of the hurt does not mean giving up on the chance of getting back together. It helps with the fresh start you need to re-attract them since you are coming from a positive place that has a better chance of inspiring them to get back together with you rather than carrying a heavy baggage of negativity.

If she just stops contacting or responding to you abruptly and without any apparent reason, the message is clear. It's almost over. You feel terribly hurt, waste days and nights thinking about her, constantly brooding over what went wrong, hoping this will pass and she might come back. But this rarely happens. Better to move on. Better to love yourself than someone who doesn't love you. Life is too precious to waste on such person. Please for God's sake, realize this, wake up, open your eyes and live your life.

It’s a win win either way! If we’re still so broken from the breakup, I feel like the hurt would just damage a reunion if it were to happen. I’d like to have my ex back one day but I’m so very thankful for the time apart that allows me to heal and grow. It’s insane how much I thought the breakup would be the death of me in the beginning, but since I’ve started learning from Coach Lee, I’ve realized the breakup has saved my life. If my ex and I were to get back together, we could start absolutely from scratch and not carry past baggage right back in for a breakup to happen all over again. I normally can let go in a second, I get discouraged and disappointed easily, but I met someone who was perfect for me and I feel aching inside. I am afraid of letting go, I truly believe this was my once-in-a-lifetime love. I feel cheated and don't want to let go because I don't want to die without having this, this was special. Not resisting just feel so cheated, and I hate to lose!

Thank you, this video was very helpful. I've been watching you for about 6 months shortly after I found out she was seeing someone else. KZread doesn't like certain language, so let's just say I'm still among the living after what I did to myself when I found out about the ordeal. I've been in no contact for 5 months now and had to disassociate with almost the entirety of my friends and social group because of her. I'm working out every day and I've lost over 20 pounds as of this writing. Gotta move forward.

I listened to coach Lee almost 2 years ago when I was 19. I was going through emotions about my ex that had left me months prior in one of the worst parts of my life. It took a year till I had my first fling after my ex and after my suffering. But as soon as I had that fling, I was over all the pain, then I had flings, and other women after that fling. Most people just need to accept relationships when it comes to men you just need to have another woman, and then all the pain of your ex goes away. Coach Lee is so right. No contact is win-win weather they call you or not. Yous should all take a break until you have your next romance, and eventually, my ex came back, and I never responded to her. Coach Lee is very helpful. Stay strong out there all the best to you

Thank you for making this video. My ending is very fresh as I listened to you, I can see it was coming for about 2 months. I was hoping and trying and on my part fighting for it not to end, but I could not make it right, that person wanted to go and I can only see it now. I believe if you say you love, if you say love of my life and forever you try and try and accept things won’t be perfect but that’s ok you love and you want this imperfection ..however he didn’t want my imperfection, what I believed in was not what the other person believed in. Hence they left, blocked, deleted. …Thank you for speaking in a way that feels like you are directly reaching out to me with your help, support, guidance and comfort of your voice. The pain is big, tears flow but I will take a break from it now, let go just for a bit. Im so grateful I have found you ,your wisdom and your videos. Thank you

I needed this so much right now! He reached out after two months no contact. We talked, it was just to catch up and he isn’t ready for a relationship and now back to square one. I followed your videos from the start and let me say IT WORKS! What I did wrong is in the no contact I didn’t focus on myself, obsessed over him. Now I am feeling the pain of the break up all over again. You have to be in a good headspace when they reach out or you will feel it again and it hurts so bad. Back to day one and I can’t tell you how much these videos help and work. Follow it! Work on yourself so you are ready for any outcome because most likely they will come back.

I relate to this video immensely. I truly feel I have a hold of my husband leaving. I know he’s suffering more than I am after 5 months. Devastation was my initial feeling and reaction. I was strong with no contact, he didn’t get it. Kept finding reasons to contact. We just got together for business reasons, stopped for a Starbucks, I looked at him and feel different. The negatives out way this positive which was merely chemistry. I’m feeling he did us both a favor leaving. I don’t know what his intentions are but I’ve decided not to lead this situation. I’m focusing on me and my family. Doing good. A real shocker to feel this way. Never expected it. Kind of empowering. These videos are better than therapy people! 🙏 Be patient and do not chase!

I feel like the biggest problem I have with the remind yourself of past relationships and how you got over them is that I never loved them as much as I loved my current ex, and I was the one who broke up with them. I survived those breakups becasue it was what I wanted, and I stand firm by my decision. This time, despite looking at all the flaws and acknowledging them, remembering all the bad things he did etc, I still love him more than I ever loved anyone else. The fact that he is with another doesn't help, even though I believe she is a rebound. He is the kind of person who can't stand being alone. He is not a knight in shining armor, he is more like Shrek. And Fiona still loves Shrek.

I do think like I was acting a rebound girl to my so-called ex bf. I was blindsided, but it was my choice to be with him. I was with him 2m after his previous breakup, then karma hit me when he found sb new that’s called “serious” after 11d saying goodbye officially to me. While I still wondered with my destructive thoughts Did I really mean that little, somebody just cannot stand the feeling of being alone to collect his pieces up, feel the grieve and complete himself a bit. And I realize that I couldn’t do anything but take it as given and move on. My heart is still broken sometimes, but I’m trying to take it one day at a time. And let the universe do the job. Good luck to you too :)

I don’t know if it’s just the way I work through things - I’ve been the same with a previous relationship then fell apart. As the dust is beginning to settle a couple weeks on with NC, I’m just beginning to become angry at her for doing this to me. It hurts and makes me sad that she moved on less than a week after we ended, but I look at the relationship now and just think why do I want to be with someone that does this to me? After all the time and support I provided her, caring for her, supporting her through her life, cooking her meals and worrying about her to getting cast aside because ‘it’s not working’. Now I see that through our whole relationship I was never ever asked how I was doing or shown the same emotional intimacy that I gave her, not once. It’s beginning to no longer make me sad she’s moved on, but it fills me with anger that someone has done/treated me like that.

Man, you dont understand how much I relate to you. Sometimes I feel like I gave her a piece of my happiness and that is why I got depressed during the relationship. I helped her through so much, I made her so happy and invested a lot in her, and then she also repays me with moving on too quickly and (probably) dating someone else, and having a terrible attitude towards me during and after the break up. I cant help but feel like she owes so much, but I accepted that i am responsible for the shit I went through and I am responsible for getting better. It is nice to relate to someone, feels less lonely.

it's very refreshing to hear someone encourage crying or letting your sadness out. when you search for videos regarding breakup, you'll see a lot of them saying "everything's going to be ok" or "time heals all wounds" or "you have to move on"... no, i want to be sad about it first. let me. i can really see how the world is so afraid of sadness, like it's something you have to get rid of right away or you have to "cure" with happy thoughts.. nooo. sadness is part of life and i think it's equally as important as happiness in terms of letting ourselves feel them.

I was with my woman for 8 years and it was my first serious relationship. She fell in love with a co-worker and left me for him. I had no idea how in the world I should've handled that, and begged and pleaded for as long as 2 months. Only then when I found Coach Lee his videos it all started to make sense. I am in no contact for about 3 weeks now. I think I messed it up with all the begging and pleading. Which means soon our divorce will be final. I have no faith anymore we will get back together after my begging and she even already monkey branched. However the no contact is really working for my self at this moment.
