I was in a committed relationship for 29 years and I was able to follow the no contact and hold back on reaching out. It took 2 months of no contact and we are now doing amazingly good! During those two months of no contact, I was able to lose 22 pounds, gain strength, stopped drinking and smoking. By the end of the two months, I was able to run a mile under 7 minutes, I worked on myself for me!

Little by little I was coming by and we are now stronger then ever and back in love! My dumper has been absent three months now. I have maintained no contact throughout that time. It’s given me the opportunity to really examine our relationship. I no longer feel that I want him back. The best way to get your ex back is to stop caring. See your worth. If that person can walk out on you with no second thought, no explanation or no care in the world, unfortunately that person does not love you. Boss up and make them regret the break up! I promise you it’ll help and you won’t want them back. Self love is everything

Unknowingly went into nc from day 1 without knowing it was an actual term. My ex dumped a “I thought I was ready for a relationship but I’m not” text while I was at work, and I never got a face to face. We had an amazing relationship we never fought once, shared life goals, supported eachother which is what really blindsided me. She’s reached out to me multiple times, sometimes revealing guilt of how it was handled, sometimes just doing the whole check in. I’ve kept the conversations very appropriate which reflect my current position. I don’t know where this will go but I know I’m the bigger person on the otherside of this with alot of potential in life.

Well I’m usually the one who breaks up with his gf and let me tell you, all my exes did use no contact to me 😂 I came back only to the one I cared and it was a year after. She didn’t want to do anything with me by that point, logical I broke her heart. The last thing I want to put out there is I always knew that my exes still want me. So… If you can make your ex realise that you are as valuable as them, you got a really good chance. Especially if they are insecure.

Why no contact works 100%? simply because your dumper ex lose the attraction from you months prior to the breakup day. That’s why it is so important that you should stop initiating conversations with your dumper ex. If your ex breaks your no contact, you can casually reply to their messages; that doesn’t break your no contact. Do not ignore your ex. Just reply casually just dont go deeply emotionally on your conversations because it goes nowhere. Just engage in your ex’s conversations if your ex makes a grand gesture like they regret the breakup, they want to get back together or they are willing to make it up to you and make the relationship work the 2nd time around. And also dont forget to compromise

Lesson I learned to a T

I used to get so heartbroken when people would dump me. Struggled with attachment issues and trauma/PTSD from abandonment wounds my entire life. Had a lot of emotionally/verbally abusive traumatic events as a kid. I'm learning to walk away at the first sign of emotional abused. If a girl walks out on me, that's it. It's over. I don't plead. I don't negotiate. I tell them I don't agree with their decision, but wish them the best. Block and move on. No one gets to walk out on you and for you to take them back. If you take someone back who leaves you or dumps you, they are setting you up to do it again. They want control and abuse.

Amen. A man walked away bc I told him about my traumatic experience with violence. We had a great peaceful evening full of hugs and kisses. We were dating for 4 weeks and he seemed like a gentleman but fr day two he reacted angry when I expressed my feeling or boundary. He walked away saying 'you blow my mind'. Then blamed me for slamming the door behind him when he left my apartment.the issue was that I said stop during an intimate moment and he said I can't enjoy and then say stop. I said I can always say stop just like you you are disrespectful. That was the first time he went from warm to cold and angry. So last week he was annoyed and left once more. I cried all night, feeling shamed and abandoned. Now 5 days later it still.hurts but it is better. He mistreated me. Periodt. If he ever texts me again I will try to ignore but it's in my nature to communicate finish issues by talking about it equally Manipulative ppl are not open to look beyond their view. He said I was overthinking. I was hurt angry, confused and shocked bc he suddenly said I'm going home and I won't talk to you anymore. I think it's emotionally abusive. He could have said it in a respectful way. He was annoyed bc I talked about my traumatic experience. Instead appreciating all our romantic evenings he was focussen on this part of me. Tbh I'm still hoping he will call me tell me that he misses me but looking at what happened, I deserve someone who will not walk away everytime he wants to start a fight or criticize me and then blame me.

Coach Lee’s advice actually works. I went radio silent on my ex and she came back after her rebounded relationship ended. Her coming back was everything I wanted, but I didn’t take her back because she kept the other guy around on a string like she did to me when she was losing feelings for me, and didn’t tell him she was about to leave him for me. She apologized and said she was wrong about everything. Also learned that women break-up with you mentally, at least 1-2 weeks, before they go through with. Now I know my strength and value. She would stalk me at my house and said she could never get her mind off me. All because I left her alone. It’s been 8 months since the breakup, I feel much better but think about her often, the pain isn’t nearly as bad, she reached on my sons birthday and told me to wish him happy birthday. That’s all. @@yihaw149 All I'm going to say, is follow Coach' Lee's advice to the letter regarding No Contact if you can. I did purchase his kit.and also utilise his tutorials on how to get through it of which there are many that will probably apply to you. Took me six weeks of No Contact to get to the end result, back together and even better than before. Good luck and just trust Coach Lee. Truly, if I had the power to give him a Knighthood, I would.

As you have said, it usually took months for someone to leave someone. People need to just come to terms that their ex left them, and its over, no contact is great, move on and if they reach out months later and want to come back and IF you even still want them, then great ! If not, well, you have accepted from the beginning they left and had the mentality that they are never coming back. Dont think about them, don't dwell dont hope. Go live !

I’m really glad I found Coach Lee’s videos. Although I’m the one who dumped my ex (she had an affair & I don’t want her back) I have done no contact since we broke up and even though it’s only been a month I feel so much stronger. I didn’t look pathetic trying to get her back and I’ve realized that I don’t need her. There’s still more healing to do but I’m shocked at how well I’m handling losing my 6.5 year relationship. Don’t worry! They always comeback. Mine I was go crazy when he broke up with me. I beg and plead and he become nasty. Then I went crazy for months and shut myself completely. But then after 4 months he coming back crawling and I kick him to the curbs. I already moved on and get disgusted.

I can see how you talk about weeks or months to see this. I was married for 21 years and my husband left me. After 6 years of being divorced and without any contact he finally told me how much he miss me and how much he understands now that what he did was wrong. Go figure, six years, but finally I heard the words, " I miss you and I still love you". Now, he's still living with his rebound and now I am moving to another state. We are not getting back together.

I tell ya, this can only work when: they genuinely cared about you, things ended on relatively good terms, you truly accept their decision and you stop trying/wanting to fix things. Hopefully, you will eventually realize that you really don’t need anyone else to feel validated/wanted. Furthermore, you don’t really want a relationship with someone if you have to constantly convince them to stay-that’s not fun for anyone. Guilting someone into pretending to love you is actually pretty selfish if you think about it, so just do the honorable thing and release them without resentment.

I enjoy the learning of the behind the mental scenes. We have a family saying "We don't beg/force anyone to be with us" I also have a personal motto "Don't do 2nd chances". I have explained to many exes this upfront. Most have comeback. After they left. The last ex, She lost her job early on and I was her rock. A year later I lost my job and she walked out. Why would I take someone back who walked out? I don't reward bad behavior. If I did take them back, it would only show them they can do it again and get away with it. Pass.

Wife left Friday Nov 13th 2020 after being together for 10 years married 2 & man... I found your videos a few weeks later. When you say “20 years of experience” you’re not lying about that. You literally mapped out everything that happened. How I felt blind sided but she had been thinking it over for at least a month. My mistakes after the breakup and her anger. Then you advise finally sinking in and me only going into reply mode (we have two young kids together). Gee, wow! You really hit the nail on the head when you say 'it's just like they have spent weeks studying for the test, whereas you have only just found out there IS a test'!!!!! It so reminds me of my ex. Yes, yes, YES!!!!! After this relationship I really feel like swearing off men for life.. It's been really horrible being dumped. Really truly horrible. Whats happened to me honestly. We had a great dating time and got into a relationship but once we got into a relationship and got into our first hiccup(like a problem) and we solved it together. She gave me a silent treatment the next day then decided to break up abruptly after all the good times we had. She told me she liked being single and noticed that she was changing herself for me and it was exhausting. She said she was turning into a Yes Girl. But i dont get it because ive always told her to be herself all the time. I always would tell her before we did anything if she was okay and felt safe and felt comfortable whenever we planned something. @@HibiTeamQueso i moved on. It honestly depends on the amount of time and the quality if that time well spent. If it was genuine and honest. Then there's a chance. But if it just started and the foundation wasnt established by both people. It won't work. Hope this helps

Just want to say thank you im watching these on loop, will be 4 weeks on Sunday since i started no contact and 4 weeks since they offered friendship and ghosted since. One thing I have decided is no matter how much it hurts, if there is no contact from them by week 8 I'll not respond to them after that and stay away from them for good. I don't want them to be in a position to possibly do this again in the future. I know you say 3 to 4 months but i think 2 months is generous enough to them.

I realized that Lee has received over 20K more subscribers in just 2 months. This only proves that the content he gives is much more logical than any other & that covid 19 restrictions have led to further breakups. Had I known about Lee 10months ago,I could still be with my ex

My ex's behavior was so irrational that I'm floored. We just moved in together in December. Been friends over 5 years and our 1 year anniversary as a couple would have been in April. We never fought, argued and there was no disrespect or disloyalty. Few days ago I text him cuz he was late coming home and I always cook before I leave for work in the evening. There's usually about an hour we have together before I leave, which I enjoyed. So I text him to ask him to let me know if he's not coming straight home. He says to me that he's not out doing wrong, he's either at his kids house or at his old place getting more of his stuff to bring to our new place. Then he adds "and I think I'll just return there"... What? Literally NOTHING adverse happened between us to warrant that response. This was 3 days ago and I still haven't gotten an explanation for his irrationality! He came last night and packed his things and left. Then tells me today that "there's much to discuss" and once he gets his head together he'll open up and we can talk. To me, that's BS because why do I have to suffer and yield to his timeframe! It's not like I'm some new chic in his life. And his attitude is cold and uncaring, COMPLETELY uncharacteristic of this man. He moved all his stuff in, including renting a truck, emptying out his storage unit and bringing his furniture, appliances etc... Then weeks later he just up and leaves and wants to put me on the back burner as far as some clarity about his insanity. I feel like someone ripped out my guts. No contact on this dude probably wouldn't even work because he acts as if he couldn't care less. 5 years of a bond broken and violated by a text! I am 44 and he's 49. More than old enough to know better than to make childish moves like this! I'm starting to hate him and all men. Never thought I'd be that girl.

She has a kid and is married now but she was thinking of me and wondering how I was. I have been using no contact for 10 months now since the day she kicked me out of her apartment. I returned from abroad to be with her and tried to fix our issue but it didn't worked out. I was really hurt when she dumped me. I still haven't heard anything from her but I trust sir Coach Lee's advise. hey the no contact worked for me but it didn’t end well he contacted me after 4 days of no contact asking if I’m ok I replied “I’m good u?” He replied “yeah I’m good” I never replied back after that as you need to just keep it short and not express yourself as that will push them away . On day 7 he contacted me again and said “I miss you and I know it sounds stupid and crazy coming from me but I miss you “ he face timed me we spoke but when I spoke to him I acted like my life was going great even though it wasn’t I could tell that bugged him lol as he said “wow you seem to be doing fine without me living it up “ I said “what did you expect me to die I would be fine regardless” it’s funny because I was crying every second of the day literally crying on the stairs crying when I woke up crying on the train I didn’t care who saw LOOL but I would never let him know that .anyway we arranged to meet at the weekend I went to his house and he was treating me like we were in a relationship but in the back of my mind I felt uneasy about him not talking to me for a while so when he was sleeping I went through his phone and saw the time he wasn’t contacting me he was talking to this 55 year old woman( nothing wrong with older women ) me and him are 26 by the way he was wishing her good morning everyday and chasing her to come and see her and saying he misses her . This women was barely replying to him she was giving one word reply’s while he was fiending for her saying he could come her literally begging she replied “I can’t” LOOL from the texts she not interested in the slightest the way he was speaking to her was the exact way he would speak to me when he was chasing me in the beginning .Imagine the day I left his house before I started no contact he was messaging her while he wasn’t contacting me he was begging to see her while she kept saying she’s busy he told her his been thinking about her . I did come to realise I must of been a rebound because he was messaging this women when we were in a relationship also but he said he would delete her but obviously still contacted her when he was no longer interested in me . It’s crazy how he wants someone that pays him no mind at all looking at the text between him and her made me cringe how he doesn’t see she doesn’t want him . I went home like nothing happened then he started messaging me good morning suddening everyday we met again at his house and while he was sleeping I went through his phone again he was messaging this same women and begging to see her again she left him on read and never replied . Like a idiot I went to his house again after a week and I went thought his phone again and she still never replied to the last message and that’s the reason he was all over me kissing and cuddling because clearly he couldn’t get who he wanted so he was just using me for female company I spend four days at his house when I left I wasn’t trying to give him a kiss goodbye and he said fine then I ended up giving him a kiss he hasn’t texted me since not to see if I got home or anything I left his house at 11pm . He hasn’t texted me in 8 days at all and I’m not going to text him either because I’m clearly just a ego boast and just used till someone he wants comes alone .I was clearly the rebound for the whole 6 months I should have seen the signs he was so full on and told me he loved me after a month he couldn’t resist me . then we started arguing on the fourth month and he wouldn’t even want to work it out so I definitely the rebound because after the honey moon phase they leave . This is the same guy that said he wouldnt date anyone with kids but this women has kids that are me and his age this is the same guy that said he wants kids . He seriously just lives in the moment and wants what he can’t have . When I went through his phone the first time there was also another girl he was talking to way back and she said to him “I hope you find what you’re looking for “ which clearly shows he does this to women he is full on then disappears and finds another to be with and can’t get over his 55 year old ex so jumps to women to women I’m in pain right now because we spend four days and night together last week and has now ghosted I shouldnt gaf because he is a asshole either the women has replied back to him or he doesn’t gaf probably bother. but I’m still really upset and l hoping he texting . The heart wants who it wants . I’m defiantly healing as the days go by it feels easier I don’t wake up with the heavy pain in my stomach anymore 😩 I hope it works for you girl

I agree with this to a point. I'm separated almost 3 months from my wife of 12 years. We have a daughter, so intelligent no contact is all I can do. During this time, I'm working on myself and how I contributed to the failing of our relationship, and that's regardless of whether she chooses to come back. If she does at some point I will be able to sincerely say, "let's build something new together." If your partner comes back and there has been no growth on either side, guess where you will ultimately find yourself again?

Tbh these guys kinda know our chances are slim. But they know we are probably messed up and suicidal etc . They want use to keep hope and want us to stay calm and in reality move on. These people are literally life savers I’m certain ways.

My bf just ghosted me and blocked me last Sunday. That's why I'm getting some comfort watching coach Lee videos.💔

Nearly 5 months no contact,8 since we broke up,made lots of mistakes begged and pleaded etc she called me two weeks ago I answered said hello twice and she hung up 🤷🏻‍♂️ I didn't respond to the bread crumb,nothing so far but stating strong and feel alot better! Keep going people time does heal things and you will get stronger,I'm now in the position where I don't know if I would go back! And she's calling me not the other way round

Meant to add just found your video on why the break up could be a good thing and i started a pros and cons list which will no doubt evolve over the coming weeks.

Week 2 of no contact she added me back on everything and went back on her word, asked me how I was doing and I said I was doing good and I’ve been working on my self. I met someone and we are currently just talking online and taking things slowly, he makes me smile and makes me focus on other things than the trauma I lived. So let’s see what happens ! In MY exes case, "the relief stage" lasted the rest of their lives! LOL! :-) But, to riff off something Coach Lee said about acting and wearing masks, I will say my exes were Oscar-winning thespians. (That's because they had to learn to construct tremendous, concrete facades from their wounded, harmful, hurtful childhoods. And most of them starting thinking about breaking up with me almost from the day we got together! But they did the same with ALL their partners. How they were/are wired. Doubting, questioning, controlling, power, etc. Insecure. Sometimes it's even a case of "I'll leave him before he leaves me!" Yes, they were all narcissists. God bless 'em...) And you know what? Listening/watching all these KZread vids from Coach Lee, Clay, Coach Corey, Stephanie Lyn, Dr. Carter, Dr. Ramani, Alan Robarge, and literally hundreds and hundreds of such folks (and the hundreds of thousands, literally, of books on the subject), most very caring and thoughtful, I am gob-smacked struck by the massive, almost infinite bullshit (no offense) of all this time, effort, energy, machinations, twisting, turning, second-guessing, bargaining, stoicism, reverse psychology, mind games, pain, suffering, talking, dreaming, hoping, planning, regret, remorse, analyzing, and on and on and on and I just want to make it all stop! I questioned his silence 3 days after we had a fight. Then I reacted out maybe 3 or 4 more times to see how he was doing. He did answer all times but it was a cold person. He stopped watching my stories and I just had it. I went to watch these no contact videos and I started to get silent against him. 2 weeks of no contact now and everytime I feel sad I comfort myself by watching these videos. And I really decide to never ever rrach out to him again unless he does.

@@barflin ok so. He is a wreck. Absolutely a wreck. He isn't taking care of himself or doing anything at all. It felt amazing to go in and be positive and determined. He said I looked good and seemed happy. He kept saying how nice it was that we could just talk etc and how it should be ok to so I said I don't want to be his friend. I told him I respect his decision but I disagree and still believe we were good together so I can't be his friend because it would just hurt me and be a falseness 8 years together doesn't deserve. I told him he can contact me if he wants to talk about us but other than that we can't just... be mates. He cried. He said he isn't coming out the other side in a positive mind set. He kept bringing up old times. He kept reaching out to me etc. I was nice. Friendly. Polite etc. But I was literally doing everything with coaches voice in my head and it gave me the confidence to have self respect and I could see he could see it and it really effected him. I don't know if he will change his mind but nc has certainly changed things between us and given me the control back even though its still in his court. I feel better after today than I have since we broke up and its absolutely from binging these videos lmao Good luck to you 😊

Should i prolong the 30 day no-contact for like a week or so? I've done a lot of begging for about a month or a bit longer after breaking up.. is 30 days of no-contact enough then (reason of loss of attraction was months of annoyment, jealousy, controlling, all that kind of stuff)? Or should it be prolonged (long-distance aswell, but that's not the reason for breakup) He was the one who insisted on staying friends etc and wanted to continue talking, and when I didn't speak to him for a few days, he got a bit annoyed and concerned i guess.. and when i said i hadn't cried in weeks he was like.. "you got over me.." (seemed weird about it) but then i broke the no-contact (didn't know about it yet), and started the real no-contact just a few weeks later.. and haven't heard from him since his last message after I began no-contact (on good terms, i sent him a positive message but didn't say that I was starting no-contact). I have 11 days left at this point

@@vickyblahh I'm glad you are doing well. I'm doing well, missing her everyday. It's been 4 and a half months since the breakup, 41 days in NC. Been focusing on myself, rock climbing a lot, exercising every day, been on a few dates. Still hurts daily, but I'm moving on with life the best I can. I'm better today than I was yesterday, so things are well.

@@terael5637 I'm also glad that you're doing well. Things always soothe as the time passes. I used to miss her a lot as well. But as the time went on, I faced everything on my own and mourned the relationship. And now I'm better. People don't get better when they refuse to mourn. One way or another fate finds its ways around when something is meant to be. Stay safe, much love to you!

Never been this early 😳 Your videos have been a big help to me in lessening the pain I'm feeling everyday since the breakup and it stopped me from doing anything that can worsen the situation more.

He broke up with me but still texting me everyday. I cant be his friend, “take me or leave me” and he choose to leave. He deleted all my pictures in social media already. And now i’m on day 4 of no contact. He showing sign that he always stalking me or keep online on whatsapp until late night which is out of his ordinary behaviour. But I would just stay silence and ignore that. Thanks coach Lee. Your video always remind me to stay strong on NC

Yes never be his friend. And cut him off completely . As long as you stay away he will absolutly miss you . So distant yourself as much as possible

hey yeah the no contact worked for me but it didn’t end well he contacted me after 4 days of no contact asking if I’m ok I replied “I’m good u?” He replied “yeah I’m good” I never replied back after that as you need to just keep it short and not express yourself as that will push them away . On day 7 he contacted me again and said “I miss you and I know it sounds stupid and crazy coming from me but I miss you “ he face timed me we spoke but when I spoke to him I acted like my life was going great even though it wasn’t I could tell that bugged him lol as he said “wow you seem to be doing fine without me living it up “ I said “what did you expect me to die I would be fine regardless” it’s funny because I was crying every second of the day literally crying on the stairs crying when I woke up crying on the train I didn’t care who saw LOOL but I would never let him know that .anyway we arranged to meet at the weekend I went to his house and he was treating me like we were in a relationship but in the back of my mind I felt uneasy about him not talking to me for a while so when he was sleeping I went through his phone and saw the time he wasn’t contacting me he was talking to this 55 year old woman( nothing wrong with older women ) me and him are 26 by the way he was wishing her good morning everyday and chasing her to come and see her and saying he misses her . This women was barely replying to him she was giving one word reply’s while he was fiending for her saying he could come her literally begging she replied “I can’t” LOOL from the texts she not interested in the slightest the way he was speaking to her was the exact way he would speak to me when he was chasing me in the beginning .Imagine the day I left his house before I started no contact he was messaging her while he wasn’t contacting me he was begging to see her while she kept saying she’s busy he told her his been thinking about her . I did come to realise I must of been a rebound because he was messaging this women when we were in a relationship also but he said he would delete her but obviously still contacted her when he was no longer interested in me . It’s crazy how he wants someone that pays him no mind at all looking at the text between him and her made me cringe how he doesn’t see she doesn’t want him . I went home like nothing happened then he started messaging me good morning suddening everyday we met again at his house and while he was sleeping I went through his phone again he was messaging this same women and begging to see her again she left him on read and never replied . Like a idiot I went to his house again after a week and I went thought his phone again and she still never replied to the last message and that’s the reason he was all over me kissing and cuddling because clearly he couldn’t get who he wanted so he was just using me for female company I spend four days at his house when I left I wasn’t trying to give him a kiss goodbye and he said fine then I ended up giving him a kiss he hasn’t texted me since not to see if I got home or anything I left his house at 11pm . He hasn’t texted me in 8 days at all and I’m not going to text him either because I’m clearly just a ego boast and just used till someone he wants comes alone .I was clearly the rebound for the whole 6 months I should have seen the signs he was so full on and told me he loved me after a month he couldn’t resist me . then we started arguing on the fourth month and he wouldn’t even want to work it out so I definitely the rebound because after the honey moon phase they leave . This is the same guy that said he wouldnt date anyone with kids but this women has kids that are me and his age this is the same guy that said he wants kids . He seriously just lives in the moment and wants what he can’t have . When I went through his phone the first time there was also another girl he was talking to way back and she said to him “I hope you find what you’re looking for “ which clearly shows he does this to women he is full on then disappears and finds another to be with and can’t get over his 55 year old ex so jumps to women to women I’m in pain right now because we spend four days and night together last week and has now ghosted I shouldnt gaf because he is a asshole either the women has replied back to him or he doesn’t gaf probably bother. but I’m still really upset and l hoping he texting . The heart wants who it wants . I’m defiantly healing as the days go by it feels easier I don’t wake up with the heavy pain in my stomach anymore 😩Sorry this is so long . It will get bettef

Thank you Coach, we broke up 12 days ago and I begged and annoyed her like crazy after the break up. I blocked her on everything and unblocked so I wouldn’t contact her. I didn’t block her phone number so if she ever wants to reach out she can. Let’s go day 1 no contact, starting today! Will keep this updated.

@@BlahYouBeezy she texted me 2 days ago asking for her apartment key back. I told her I want my stuff back so we are meeting next week to exchange item. I can imagine she’s going to be cold and non receptive to anything I say. I am alittle nervous as I’m not sure how I should go about doing this.
