@Rotten tor Depending what you said it could've made her think you're still there and nothing has change. But idk. Couch Lee does have videos on what to do when they contact you then disappeared. To me I will stay positive don't turn bitter. Do new things and stay busy. I would've done is show her that I've disappeared and let her wonder what you're up to. Make her chase you more. Don't sound desperate or needy. Make changes, get better not bitter and who knows maybe you'll see someone new come along.

@@valentina-su8lm from the outside looking in as another male, I could conclude that he was possibly afraid of a long term commitment right now and wants to experience being with other woman. I know this is not what you want to hear but it is something us men go through. It's not saying he never loved you or didn't care about you because he is with someone else now. It's more of a reflection of himself not being ready to commit to you because of the fear of not experiencing "what else is out there" 6 years is a long time and if you two are still young this is especially more likely. I think the fact that he is with a woman that is not normally his type is showing that he is wanting to experience different things (right now, doesn't mean permanent). Let him get this out of his system and he will come to see that these other woman will only make him miss you more, especially if you stay away and give him the space to do this. Having a 6 year relationship will be on your side, he won't forget about you anytime soon, believe me. Please stay disciplined and don't reach out to him, it will only push him away more! He needs to work on himself right now, without you. Just like you need to work on you without him. He will reach out eventually and you need to be ready and come from a place of security and not fear so he can see the mistake he made breaking up with you. I really hope this helps you! This is just my advice from what I have learned through my own experiences and watching these videos

Just keep doing what you are doing and keep being an attentive mother. Show them how strong you can be when a breakup happens so they can see how to handle it when it happens to them. By focusing on you and your family, you will become more desirable to him again, and showing how unaffected you are by the breakup may make him feel like he made a mistake. He is expecting you to be jealous of his new relationship. Don't give him that satisfaction!

@@gordon12121212 this is so funny everyone tried to tell me similar things but it didn't resonate to me the same way you formulated it to me, it was so kind of you to answer,I thank you very much for your help. Before he came to my life my boys were 5and 9, I was single for about 3years but dating nothing serious. So my 11yo only knows him, never brought any other man around them.. it's harder on him. I tell him everyday he is loved and wanted. Thank you,I appreciate all you've done for me today. I feel hopeful 😌 I'm very hurt and humiliated but as coach Lee said I'm gonna fake it til I make it 😊😊

The most important thing I have learned from all your videos is acceptance. Accept the relationship is over and work on getting yourself back. Get better, healthy and find yourself. Don't hang around and wait for anyone to come back.

I am sharing my story because I feel it might be a comfort to those who are suffering from a broken heart and are struggling with no contact. 28 days ago my ex told me he wants time to work on himself and he no longer see a future together.. Today I got a very long email from him saying he did a mistake and he missed me and hoping l can forgive him and we can get back together, I answered with a polite but short message saying I am happy to hear from him but I need some time to think about it. @@michaelbing8991 Two things are relevant here: (1) No one else can decide for the person what they "should want"; (2) There usually isn't a clear "right thing to do" in the objective sense (unless, for instance, they were being abused). Time will tell for each person whether continuing to strive to get their ex back feels necessary and right.

33 days of NC down! I wish I knew about NC all those times I’ve chased after men, pleaded with men, begged men to see my worth - well, now I’m finally looking inward. I want to be the best version of myself I can be, whether or not my ex returns. I know he’s wondering why I haven’t contacted him. That's a very deep comment, and I to say in my experience accurate. But in some cases some men cause the women to change. I always say when people meet they often send their representative, which is the best version of themselves. As the honeymoon phase ends so does the facade. I feel we should just be who we are it will save a lot of heartache.

This was exactly 2 weeks ago. I refused and said that I am non the "revival" type of person and left. Got a text while driving home: " I am sorry - I shouldn't had..." The week after (a week ago) I was offered to have breakfast together and I was so happy about that. We never had breakfast together. Since last week no more messages. I am incredibly strong - I truly was dying to make love with my other half but resisted. I need an apology, I want to know If I'm loved or not. I stopped giving myself away for free ages ago... but the last 2 days has been incredibly hard.

I was crying and pleading her to stay the day she broke up with me. i applied no contact and philosophy Lee taught right after that day, and not long after that she reached out and asked to be back, so the thing is that to respect the breakup, let her experience the consequences of what she made are important.

I’m so glad I found Coach Lee! I have been broken up with for 2 months now, I begged and pleaded for about a week and look back and nod my head and laugh about it now of how ridiculous I looked. I’ve been in No Contact for over a month. Me and my ex have a 2 year old so I still have to see my ex but when I see him he does not seem happy and relieved as he did in the beginning.. I believe the tables are slowly turning now. I have gained so much confidence I feel stronger and I’m sure he notices my change and I don’t post or like anything on social media.. When your ex contacts you, you don't initiate; put them in the friend category and be a bit mothery or fathery with them; they hate it! They will chase you for 20 years trying to get you to fall in love with them. Works everytime. Love Coach Lee, he is on point. I was just sharing my method here.

Been in no contact for almost a year and a half, at this point if she comes back fine, if she doesn't that's just fine to. Stay strong, keep your self respect and make them regret their decision by leveling up your own life.

the bit where he said laugh and say "things are going according to plan" was so funny to me, i will be using that from now on!

A week ago and out of desperation, I went online to search for vids that would teach me how to get my ex back. This is when I came across Dr. Lee’s insightful vids. While I’ve gained knowledge on how and why to remain in NC, I am beginning to doubt whether or not I actually want him back. Truth is that despite him professing his love for me and that I am the most loving woman he’s ever met, he opted to leave. Granted, that nobody is obligated to stay if that’s not what they truly want but I do deserve to find a partner who sticks through thick and thin.

I am impressed how good your work is and how you differentiate from the other coaches.

Thank you so much. Your videos are reminding me to take care of myself. Your logical explanations help me pair whether I'm doing the right thing by doing "smart contact" with my Christian beliefs. It's been the hardest time of my life. The emotional pain at times has been beyond unbearable at moments, but I'm still here. Still breathing. It'd be easy to move on if we were just boyfriend girlfriend but my Christian beliefs have me holding on to an outcome only He knows & it's empowering at moments & beyond painful at others.

Well.. any update..?

After 8 years of no contact. She came back.

Currently at 105 days NC myself... Literally almost crashed into my ex yesterday though. Went to meet a friend for lunch yesterday and as I was driving back towards the city I turned into a side street and another car was coming out too wide so I had to slam the breaks on. Made hard eye contact with the driver and it was my ex girlfriend. Don't think it counts as breaking no contact though.

Physical attraction is essential cause if you’re not attracted to them in the first place, you won’t even attempt to get back with your ex. At least, for me...

Goodbfor you.. My ex is akready ans has been seeing the being he us now with while we were...TOGETHER.... IM SO TORN.😞🥺.... HE always made it look like im crazy, insecure etc.... I eve. Had nightmare about them AND IT WAS TRUE.... HE DIDNT RESPECT ME AT ALL.. and he would always try to turn it on me I know that my intuition and when I dream about certain things and never steer me wrong my grandmother had certain gift or she was able to see certain things and know certain things and I truly believe that it's been passed down to me and I am an empath so I feel everything and I was right the whole time I just wish he had the balls or the audacity or a little bit of respect to tell me to my face...BUT IM THE ONE THAT DISRESPECTED HIM RIGHT.. BULL SHIT

Coach Lee has really helped me after watching his videos because after a year in a half almost two years I got my ex back now we are back together we are stronger then ever.

Listening to these videos is hurting my mental health budtI thank you for your advice and I will heal and never reach out again. I thought I wanted her back but after a few weeks, I’m angry someone hurt me.

Great info…… he broke up with me 2 1/2 years ago. He dated someone but it did not work out because he couldn’t stop contacting me. I spent the entire time healing and getting to know who I am and what I want. I am a new person now. He reached out to me by showing up at my home unannounced. Then this past Friday I was invited over to his house. I’m taking baby steps because I’m not sure if he has grown or if he’s willing to grow with me. If not, we won’t do well in a relationship.

Turn around walk away, walk up the stairs, not down the stairs. Self improve in every aspect. If they have a rebound, go full no contact, don't talk to them, let then talk to you, don't be cold, don't look on their social media, all it will do is cause more pain, more suffering. We who were hurt must be better, we arent the trash they feel we are when they left us if you had a good and or beautiful relationship. Thank you coach for your wisdom, had helped me alot, your kit has helped me alot. If she comes back, there will be change, but that bridge will be crossed then and there, for now, slow, steady, calm, collected.

I know this feeling... I woke up after dreaming of my ex again today... It's so bittersweet. I cried a little bit... It's showing me I'm not yet ready, but I'm improving day by day... Let yourself grieve when you need to. But don't let it take over you, all of the time. 💖

Me too... I took a long nap today and I dreamt that she reached out and we reconciled. It was so painful when I woke up and for the reality to set back in. It's weird though because, at the beginning of the breakup, I would have dreams of her not wanting me but now when I dream about her, it's like she is trying to get back into my life. Talk about weird coincidences lol

It’s true that time heals , but sometimes it’s just time even time can’t heal. I understand you , it must be hard because sometimes me too , I think of him , I don’t cry but I feel the pain in my heart. But at the end stay strong, time Eventually will heal.

We both agreed to a breakup three months ago. Then I felt relief. She was upset and showed alot of signs she wanted to get back together in the first three weeks, but never said clearly. I was unsure. We kept hanging and seeing each other and just remained friends, the. She started to date guys and I started to feel very upset, then she said she moved on. At the 9 week mark I was heartbroken and it felt real. She told me it’s over, and we should remain friends. I told her no contact because I couldn’t keep talking to her because it hurt to much. After three weeks she reaches out to me, wanting to give me back something of mine she was borrowing. She wanted to know more about my feelings. I told her I loved her but was trying to move on. She said she felt like maybe she should go out with me again but wasn’t sure. Then she suggested the length of time for no contact going forward. I am very confused. Then we parted ways and that night I text her one last thing about how I feel and she sent me a response saying how she acts all cool and like she doesn’t care but behind closed doors her mind is a mess. Then she is asking my friends what I’m up to lately. I have no idea what to do other than no contact that I’m doing again?

Hi Coach Lee. I wish I would have used no contact when my wife told me she wanted a divorce. By not doing no contact I gave her reasons to follow through with the divorce. I could do no good in her eyes so I should have just stayed away like you said. Instead I appeared desperate and emotional. That's why no contact is so important; you can't give the dumper more reasons to dump you. Thanks for sharing your experiences coach.

I unfortunately broke NC after almost two weeks. Definitely the anxiety got to me. The fact that my ex was nice and understanding made me feel so dumb and selfish for breaking it and not just leaving him alone. I’m on my 3rd day of starting NC again and this time I will be stronger. I love him and I don’t want him to think I don’t respect him or his decision. I’m still remaining hopeful and still have my moments but have to remain strong and take care of myself. Hopefully in the future I can come back and say we made things work and taking our time. Thank you Coach Lee.

Work on yourself. Up your game. I'm working out, eating right and scheduled a photo shoot for some sexy photos. Knowing you are getting pictures taken is a great motivator. 4 weeks into NC. Feeling better. I know he is thinking about me. The call or message may or may not come, but I know my life is moving forward one way or the other.

I sent her a message today after 4 days of no contact. I told her I was working on myself and that I understand and respect her decision. Told her that I wanted her to be happy and wished her good luck on her life even thought I wished to work on things, but it doesn’t depend on me. Also told her to reach out if she needed to talk
