How to make Soufflé Pancake 〜スフレパンケーキ〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how to make Sufflé Pancake or Japanese style Custard Pudding or in some places called as "Flan." The cooking process takes no more than 30 min. plus cooling time of 2-5 hours.
In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.
Ingredients for Putin (3 Portions):
Egg 1
Milk 10 g (2 Tsp)
Flour 15 g (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Baking powder 1 g
Sugar 10 g (2 Tsp)
Lemon juice 2.5 g (1/2 Tsp)
Frying oil 1 Tsp

Ive never had souffle pancakes and now i really want to try it. I dont have a hand mixer so I'll have to buy one first. They looked delicious!

@Taiji ́s Kitchen Hi Taiji ! I did try the recipe this afternoon - but I had to use gluten free flour. The pancakes were still good and very much like a mini souffle. Mine did not look like yours - which were perfect- but I think some practice will take care of that... Thanks for this recipe!

I'm catching up with your videos, and you are on the sweet trail, which is great! LoL You make it look easy, but honestly, I'm terrible with these types of foods (breakfast associated dishes). How do feel about pairing this with bacon?
I know you're making soufflé in Germany and I was half expecting you to prank everyone by adding spargel since it's in season right now. 😂

Nice Taiji yummy,,, although in other places a "flan" is completely different. Not even close as a pancake. Some places it comes with runny "sugar syrup" not dry.

My grand mother was very fussy about having chelae in her eggs and would patiently sit there and dig them out. You ever tried serperating them? It is a finicky process!😊

It's highly recomended that you use fresh eggs to avoid the smell or even the taste of egg! If you dont use fresh eggs, then use a sieve on the egg yolk and it will help to decrease the taste/smell of egg.

hmmm not sure, but honey or rice syrup, perhaps? don't know if you can eat beet sugar, but that would probably work the best.
