    My elderly mother-in-law requested a hash as it took her back to her childhood in the 1940's...I've never made it before - what have I been missing?! Its delicious...thanks for your help!

    I remember making cornbeef hash and potatoe pie or cornbeef hash with eggs in the states serve it with fried potatoes or home fries :)

    Bully beef, that's what my dad called corned beef and then he would tell us about his war days in the north African deserts where apparently they never ate anything else 🤣🤣. I'm going to try your recipe out on my grandson, the eating machine.

    That's so cool, you can get it in the US? No problem at all, Mushroom Ketchup is very sharp and very liquid, its not thick so pour it carefully and add just the amount I've mentioned. The taste though in beef dishes is so good, really rich tasting. Hope you have an awesome weekend too :D

    Got my rice pud in the oven right now...added evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Oh an a nice knob of butter....yummy!!😋😋😋
