The actual instruments are a Tenor Sax, two Alto Sax and a Bass Clarinet. These are used when a Quartet plays the music. For the movie though: To perform the piece, Williams brought in nine jazz musicians, and included trumpet, saxophones, clarinet, a Fender Rhodes piano, a Caribbean steel drum, another drum, an ARP synthesizer for the bass and various other percussion.

In Mos Eisley, tell a can-tina from a can't-tina by their grog. Until you've tasted it, what do you know? And then, of course, it's too late.
