This episode is all about my Smart Door Controller for my Star Wars Automatic door. I can use this to lock and unlock my door without having to talk to Alexa. I am using ActionTile, Fully Kiosk Browser, and Dakboard to pull this off. Check me out as we build a door controller and add greeblies to make this a Star Wars Prop that even you could build!

Real cool, do you plan to have the pad running always? I wonder if burn in might be an issue.

Thanks much! Yes this will be on all the time. Might get a slight burn in, but not like the Old days of the crt. I have a few of these running for years upstairs and haven’t seen anything like that yet.
