1 cup buttermilk
2 cups self raising flour
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder

Look at that....indeed.
I had never even heard of steak fingers until I went to Boise, Idaho in the US. They were very popular there at the time (late 80s). I never had them again until they became a thing on the internet a few years ago. I almost forgot how good they can be, if done properly. They make great appetizers and party food.
Your knife went through that steak like it was butter, did you apply any pressure? Also what knife is that?
