Sorry, but this is not a spaghetti carbonara recepie. Carbonara is traditionally made with guanciale, but pancetta can be used in substitution. There is no cream and no garlic. The "cream" is made using eggs and cheese.
I love Persian food. Koobideh kabob is one of my favorites. I am a good cook but I have not been able to master Persian cuisine. It's truly an art.

I'm SO glad I happened on you video! I tried another naan bread recipe for a birthday dinner and it was a disaster. I think the flour:water ratio in the recipe was off because of the difference in Indian and North American flour. I just now tried your recipe. It was easy to follow, the method is 1000% easier than the previous recipe - and dozens of other videos I watched before my first attempt. The result was naan bread that was good restaurant quality ... and aesthetically beautiful. Thank you! x1m.

Sure can!
a few suggestion : - Should not get rid of the onion juice. that helps tenderize/marinate the meat - should not add sumac into the mix. Sumac is for when it's been cooked - no baking soda - the meat is a little too lean - also using direct fire is always preferable to Air Fryer, but this also works nice touch with the fresh and grilled stuff at the end. That's the authentic way.
