Fantastic! Yes, you are "pretty good".😄 shirazi salad, unleavened bread and a cup of espresso to finish off and PRESTO, you've made yourself a happy customer! Merci my friend.
I like that you have 2 complimentary recipes that use both the juice and onion solids. Great stuff 👏
Hi henry im from Iran .u really teach persian foods very well.
I’m so upset about that little chunk of mince that fell behind the bowl and was cruelly neglected.

Great recipe and delicious dish, as always, thank you😍😍
Yeah baby yeah. Some lovely homemade flat bread for mopping up all those juices and also to rip into those delicious kebabs and rice 😋😋😋😋
Bravo!!! Excellent cuisine.
That looks delicious, thanks for posting.
Thanks for the lessons!
this is awesome you did it man. i love these videos just made your adana kabab. Thank you so much.
Henry, my man, love all your recipes! I've been making your koobideh recipe for years now and it's always a hit! I love to just make about 4 skewers worth, throw down some gherkins and a nice chunk of bulgarian sheeps milk feta cheese (Rodopa brand, I believe) and go to town. I've got a batch of your joojeh kebab in the fridge marinating right now. Gonna give that a try tomorrow, can't wait.

I've only had sultani kabob with beef filet. Loved it
Absolutely love almost everything you make as it’s exactly my style of cooking I do at home - Turkish, Greek, Middle Eastern, Indian etc… I’m Scottish but I did a year working/backpacking around Australia. Hope to take the wife there one day and if I do your place will be the first restaurant we visit mate

Lets go Henry! I'd love to visit your restaurant one day. You cannot find this type of quality here in Sweden when it comes to persian food.

You can find this type of quality of Persian food in England. You have to be careful it’s not Iraqi Kurds, though they pose as selling Persian food but it’s not the same. You have to know some irani’s and they’ll point you to the real spots
Hi Henry, what beef cut can I use instead of Lamb Backstrap?
Where is your restaurant love it what you cook all the time I’m fro California USA 🇺🇸

Where did you learn Persian cooking? I know you have lots of Persian in you.
For the Barg if you sub the lamb for beef what would be the preferred cut to use?

If using beef, I’ve always used filet mignon/tenderloin. That’s always given me great results

@@HenrysHowTos Fantastic thanks.
WOW, now that looks good. Henry, I was wondering if you could share how to sharpen your knives properly. I know it might sound daft but I’m not entirely sure how to do it. I’ve splashed out on a serious piece of kit and I want to know how to sharpen them properly. Is that something you could share, please? Thank You. x
Looks like Heaven, I will try sometime. All Your recipes in my favorite. Thank You 👍
Do You serve Beef in your Restaurant too or its Lamb meet only ⁉️

I don't eat rice, but give me more of that kebab.
Would be able to provide an international source for the skewers? (I will ignore anything Ama-scam).
I believe, you've done that a few times!! 😉😉
Amazing, how much for this at your restaurant?
