    How many grams per serving of vegetables n fruits? Beans,? Nut n seed? Thanks

    Great question. a serving of vegetables is 3 ounces or 85grams, a serving of fruit is one medium fruit or 140 grams of berries. a serving of beans is 50 grams of dried beans which translates into 5 ounces, or about 150grams of cooked beans. 1 serving of nuts/seeds is 28grams or one ounce.

    Great question. In general, you should eat 1 serving of nuts or seeds daily. One type of nut is cacao nibs which I add to overnight oats. It's the purest form of chocolate.
