And one more thing I can't do exercise just brisk walk daily 4km regular my duty schedule changes some time night some time day but I manage my walk don't miss this and it should b before meal I prefer before breakfast otherwise before dinner

I gained weight in my third pregnancy and after my baby did not lose any weight! Lost 2-3 kgs and gained it back again! Then in January 4 months after my baby was born I decided I need to shed a couple of kgs now desperately so I started to focus on it! I have lost 5 kgs now in 2 months but I ate desserts, chocolates, rice roti everything!! Koi Parhez nae kiya but exercise 3-4 times a week and portion control through calorie count!!!

@@user-og2iy9kc2q Dear I am No expert but yes I lost 9 kgs after baby mostly because of calorie counting. In the beginning it looks difficukf but after a week you will know exactly how it works.i was aiming at max 1500 calories per day intake.

I have two questions 1. Is it better to take multigrain flour than whole wheat in diet or just skip roti instead 2. Can we take as much protein as it makes our tummy full. Or we have to calculate protein according to body weight

multigrain wheat is always a best option, even whole wheat is not bad either as long it’s not mixed with all purpose flour . you should calculate your protein intake as well , it’s never enough 😅 that’s why she said u can take as much as u like but in limits . no food is bad anyway it’s how u consume it and how much . all these diet plan are extremely low in calories it’s kinda fast track but that weight bounce back so easily. stable healthy diet should always be our first priority , for quick start it’s ideal gives u motivation.

I gained weight in my third pregnancy and after my baby did not lose any weight! Lost 2-3 kgs and gained it back again! Then in January 4 months after my baby was born I decided I need to shed a couple of kgs now desperately so I started to focus on it! I have lost 5 kgs now in 2 months but I ate desserts, chocolates, rice roti everything!! Koi Parhez nae kiya but exercise 3-4 times a week and portion control through calorie count!!!

@@user-og2iy9kc2q Dear I am No expert but yes I lost 9 kgs after baby mostly because of calorie counting. In the beginning it looks difficukf but after a week you will know exactly how it works.i was aiming at max 1500 calories per day intake.

Increase few calorie intake for few days then reduce. Weight will go up and again reduce with low calorie.

میں نے 20 کلو کم کیا ہے 3 مہینے میں اور میری عمر 47 ہے صرف آپکو ہمت کرنی ہے اور 10,000 قدم روز پورے کرے اور چینی کم کر دے باقی کھانا حسب ضرورت کھانے کی کوشش کرے جتنی ضرورت ہو بس اور کچھ نہیں

@@areej2112 morning me uthte hi coffee with lemon..12pm breakfast me 1 apple 7 almond kabhi soak kiye hue kabhi ase hi phir pani ka intake zyada rakhna ha or 1 derh ghnte bad green tea 3 ya 4 bjy koi bhi fruit me nashpati wagera...us k bad phir green tea 8 bjy tk dinner me 7 inches ki roti aam jo ghar ka aata hota ha wohi use kiya mene tu or sath me 1 cup koi bhi salan or bht sari salaad..baki workout lazmi karen
I m 62 hight 5/5 weight 75 diabetic Hoon BP hai aur r factor + hai koshish kroon gee k is k mutabic weight km kr sakoon kiyoon k body pain bohat hota hai

I have two questions 1. Is it better to take multigrain flour than whole wheat in diet or just skip roti instead 2. Can we take as much protein as it makes our tummy full. Or we have to calculate protein according to body weight

Multigrain flour is gud. Protein b calculate kar k laitay ha.i normally take 200 gms of chicken wid gluten free roti n salad

multigrain wheat is always a best option, even whole wheat is not bad either as long it’s not mixed with all purpose flour . you should calculate your protein intake as well , it’s never enough 😅 that’s why she said u can take as much as u like but in limits . no food is bad anyway it’s how u consume it and how much . all these diet plan are extremely low in calories it’s kinda fast track but that weight bounce back so easily. stable healthy diet should always be our first priority , for quick start it’s ideal gives u motivation.
