Assalamualiekum , I am the mother of 3 children and working woman also following your August diet plan and lost 2 kgs but due to packed schedule very difficult for me to have salalds cut and made a little other efforts , this plan is low budget as well as very easy to follow , and as being nursing mother as well for past year the habbit of taking mulk or yogurt seems difficult to cut down from diet , now I am so happy that this will work InshAllah, I will share my results after 1 month , right now having weight 67 kgs after loosing from 69 now waiting uptill 65 kg to loose❤

Thank you so much Same ma bilkul asy he diet kr rahe hu Morning half gundum ki roti sath jo salan bana hu or chay half cup 12 bje ak fruit only apple Or phr lunch me ak roti sath salan Then 6 bje fruit koi ak ni tu green tea Then half roti and salan sham me sath salad me sirf cucumbers Then 7pm to 7am fasting 10 glass of water Then morning and evening walk 40 minutes Please correction me if i wrong anything My weight is 70kg 😔

Assalamualiekum , I am the mother of 3 children and working woman also following your August diet plan and lost 2 kgs but due to packed schedule very difficult for me to have salalds cut and made a little other efforts , this plan is low budget as well as very easy to follow , and as being nursing mother as well for past year the habbit of taking mulk or yogurt seems difficult to cut down from diet , now I am so happy that this will work InshAllah, I will share my results after 1 month , right now having weight 67 kgs after loosing from 69 now waiting uptill 65 kg to loose❤
