try to get ur conditioning through basketball, but im on the same split as u bro , 3 day full body , I would say 15 intense minutes conditioning on basketball court after ur workout

yes do it after lifting or if could split up ur basketball workout then conditioning, then few hours later for example 6 hours apart then do full body workout

Go to the school's website, email the assistant coaches and send in your highlight tapes. Also in your country, look for camps and academies that will have scouts there. Get as much exposure as you can
