I love the old intro. Glad to see it.
I can’t get hang of casting my high end Steez and SPL Zillions for whatever reasons. It’s like can’t get enough distance out of them without backlashing looseness settings? I’m def doing something wrong. Been using bait casters for 20+ years
I've learned to throw my baitcaster setup with the reel at an angle or sideways like it was shown in the video. It just seemed more natural and less awkward to me, with way less backlashes and more casting distance. This video explains the mechanics of why casting this way is better. Thanks! I appreciate it
What is the rod in the video?
My advice, as a beginner with baitcasters who has a little experience now, to beginners, is to only side cast or roll cast until you've got that down before you try overhead casting, pitching, flipping, skipping, etc.
i'm not going to lie...i really thought you were going to start the vid with, "first and foremost take the stock spool out and put in this SV BOOST spool...link in the description..." seriously, great vid man...no clue how this channel isn't at 100k subs at the very least at this point...just cray cray.
This is the best Daiwa tatula reel tutorial. I opted for this over the curado because I wanted something different then my slx dc
Been fishing a tatula for a month now, first t wing reel. Line is stacking up on the left, ill probably go back to shimano because of that
One neat feature from daiwa especially reels with sv spool is you can literally go as loose as you want on the tension knob and you'll cast better than ever.
I have to disagree with you on the zero adjustors..You can adjust the adjustor for the weight of the bait, then use the brakes to fine tune it..
Excellent video and very informative. I have several Diawa’s and always listen to my spool to find that ideal spot while adjusting the tension. Nice having this explained.
This is one of the best explanations of the baitcasting system that I've watched! I'm looking to have my 1st Tatula, and I'm expecting to buy this one. Thanks for the tutorial!
This was the 💣! Awesome stuff!🔥🔥🔥
Great breakdown! I never would have given baitcasters another try had Ben not talked me into it a few years ago! What a difference good gear makes when it comes to casting and the SV TW makes it fun!
Thanks Guys!! This was very informative! tuned in on every word! I'll now put that into practice.
thanks for the video, I just recently bought a tatula . this is my 1st daiwa reel. this video was very informative and certaintly gives me a better understanding
great quality video. i honestly thought it was going to be more of a newbie or for someone just getting into fishing. i was wronged and i learned new things bout my daiwa reels which i love
One of the most informative, well produced videos I've seen. As someone who just got their first Daiwa (shimano owner) SV TW for Christmas this video was what I needed.
Absolute masterpiece in baitcasting. Should be required viewing lol
