I love how these dudes still have this laidback and funny style in their videos, while also being very informative at the same time.

I love cardio probably more than strength training. I always feel so happy and at my best while running and after it's done, I love the sweat dripping off me.

My daily go to cardio is swimming 🏊‍♀️ low impact on joints, full body workout and burns those calories just as fast as land based cardio🔥 i love the reward of that fresh, feel good serotonin kick after an hour's, swimming session it can't be beat for me 😊

This is fantastic ! Love everything about this. Good info, hilariously presented, and amazing pacing.

I've been getting so much more cardio in ever since I just started going on walks with friends after dinner. At least thrice a week I just step outside and while walking call a few of the friends who live in my neighborhood and ask them to join me. I honestly rarely walk alone and it's not only great for getting my steps in but definitely also deepened my friendships with these friends as you'll have tons of good conversations while walking.

I love this channel. Can you please offer another series comparable to the old school channel? Where you just show the excerises and explain the movement? I went 5 years on those alone with awesome results just knowing the posture and movement, (simplified). Thank you, and Keep it up. You all rock.

There's already plenty of channels that review gym equipment -one of which is Gluck's Gym and I highly recommend it. That's not to say I wouldn't watch it if they made it -I'd probably watch anything made by these guys. I'd much rather see a home gym tour and what they would recommend or what they couldn't possibly live without in their home gym.

due to arthritic knees, I focus on swimming for cardio, since it encompasses the whole body. I'd be intrigued with a Buff Dudes take on swimming.

I never liked the treadmill but I found out I love rowing so I bought a Concept 5 rower during covid and have rowed just over 4000 km on it 😁

I fell in love with my treadmill when I stopped running and starting walking with a weight vest at an incline. Great for sustained video, and I'm able to read or watch TV with relative ease.

I love my exercise bike. Regardless of weather, time of year, time of day I can hop on and get some cardio whilst listening to music. Depending on what I listen to it can go from steady state to HIIT which makes a nice mix.

The electric vest in the bed was hilarious

They should show this video in high school health/gym classes. Very entertaining & informative as well.
