That’s Buff Mom. Aga is Buff Grrl. Although we now have two Buff Grrls and Aga is technically a Buff Mom now making Buff Mom Buff Grandma. And Buff Dad is now Buff Grandpa because one of the Buff Dudes is now a Buff Dad. Which means that there is only one Buff Dude left so it’s no longer Buff Dudes but Buff Dude. Or maybe the Buff Family or the Buff Universe. Oh lord.

Buff family is without a doubt the expendables of the fitness industry.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the level of editing and facts on this video ? Almost 15 minutes went by flying with pure truth and useful tips, compared to the other KZreadrs that make a click baity thumbnail and ramble nonsense about 5 minutes that feel like an hour and end up with no new information at the end. The buff dudes are riding on their own lane! Ps: I'm actually repainting my old guitar and that olive green mat finish looks 🔥

Y’all guys have saved my life, literally. Days I feel lazy, unmotivated I just hop on KZread watch a video go to the gym regardless of me wanting to or not. Hit it hard, hop onto cardio and watch every video y’all have for the full cardio hour. I’ve come from 340 to 240 since November, got to skinny fat but these past 3 months I’ve stacked on muscle tons of it. I’ve maintained the 240 weight but dropped from a 42 pant size to a 36 staying at 240. Couldn’t have done it without you guys!

Thanks Carp. It's definitely one of our big goals we try and stick to, trying to up the quality of our videos as we go along. We've learned a lot along the way for sure.

Basically anytime you guys post a video, it makes my & all of our days. But when I see the entire Buff Family come together, it really is a special occasion. You are all so lucky to have, what seems like, an extremely happy, loving, & connected family unit.

I didn’t make the progress I hoped for right away and I wish I knew what I know now when I started but it’s part of the process. I love to exercise. It’s a lifestyle not even a chore. Like you said. It needs to be fun. I should try the French toast though been watching Greg for a year now and never tried it aha
