For the next one maybe try homemade vs. ready-to-eat (not junk, rather some sort of meal prep service or quality ordered stuff) and compare aspects such as price, convenience, variety, taste, etc..

@@justusbecker5981 Yeah, I thought of that too, but I have no issue with it as long as they try different approaches as well. And since Hello Fresh is not ready-to-eat, it would still fall into the homemade category, so they'd have to find other ways for the quick and easy, yet quality options.

Those videos are everywhere. So I can understand why they don't do that. It's not realistic. This junk is cheaper and saves more time than those services, unless the food is ready to heat in a microwave in which it usually doesn't have preservatives and then is bland as heck.

@Lucid Magic unfortunately that’s not how it works. America forces companies to disclose everything they put into thier product and although many countries do this aswell, rampant corruption in government usually means that those regulations aren’t that well enforced. Take South Africa for instance. Our meat production is really good and the quality is world class. But this also means out locally produced meats get shiped over seas because they can’t compete with the dirt cheap imported crap we get from china.

The only crazy thing here in Germany to get is the Walden Farms sauces, so freaking expensive but worth it.

That drywall theory is spot on! My dad finished for 30 years and I’ve been dragged into the board hanging time and time again 😂

We have this thing here, where foods are marked with a certain icon, which 100% guarantees that the product is made locally and that the farmer has followed a specific set of guidelines. Making sure the product is ethical, natural, hormone free and no other crap what do ever, has ever been used on or in the product. This was it's easier for you as the costumer to pick organic and good quality products for you weekly meals, md you're also supporting your local farmers. And the best thing about this, is that you'll find several different brands in the same category, allowing you to pick cheap (but still good quality) products, or super expensive (and still good quality) products.
