  These videos are nice, but they’re similar to each other. Same fitness exercises generally. I would love you to do more funny videos like in the past or do some challenges which require doing different sports like baseball, soccer rather than core fitness exercises. You did a lot of those with gymnasts and many more athletes doing other sports.

  No doubt Mike is & will always be the 🐐. The physicallity of the game in the late 80s early 90s was incredible. Tim Grover got Mike on the strength 💪 training regimen to be able to deal with the Bad Boy Pistons & get over that hump en route to his 1st 🏆🏀 of 6 rings.
