    I remember back when the rock and brock had their feud and their workouts were being highlighted leading up to their match. And the rocks was definitely cool, but brocks workout was just inspiring at all the stuff he would do. I dont remember most of it anymore, but i remember wanting to emulate that.

    Brock Lesnar doesn’t get enough credit for what he has done and what he has accomplished 🙏🏻💪🏻 I’ve been a fan of Brock ever since 2012 Pat McAfee said it best Brock lesnar is “The Alpha Male Of Our Species” once in a lifetime athlete 🙏🏻 Also props to you guys for trying Brock’s workout 💪🏻 made me tired has hell just looking at it 😂😂

    Brock said he hasn't used weights to train in over 10yrs. He uses pneumatic resistance machines. I'm guessing because there is a much less likely chance of injury, when something starts to hurt/tear then you can instantly let go without any danger.

    I love how you both did his Caveman Training Workout he did for UFC All Access. I did this workout as part of my training programme. Got into the best shape in my life at that point. Great stuff. Great video

    DAAAAAANG. brutal. great work guys!! you know what they say, the first one's the hardest. i think that if you did a toned down version of this, repeated, you'd soon be up to speed doing this without as much trouble. he would have worked up to a circuit like this. ( *i wonder how old the guy is at this point also.* sometimes it's hard to tell when someone's that yoked. but he almost looks 30 or less?) thanks for showing us other people's beast mode workouts. it's so interesting! kind of jumping into another person's headspace and life.

    I would add at leas an 8 second transition rest to make sure I'm working through the full minute from exercise to exercise. It could also be fun to start at 30 for a first time, then 45, then a minute and maybe more. These take me back to doing the Athlean Xero program and the weekly, insane challenge workouts.

    I gitnone for ya: 20 down burpees 15 KB swings with 24kg bell 10 goblet squats with 24kg bell 5 pullups or inverted pullups Repeat til you get to 1 burpee, the other reps dont change.

    MMA circuits are horrible. Every Saturday you get in the gym at 9 and then do this kinda shit before the normal session and then sparring It's a very hard sport to train for, that's why MMA gyms have barely anybody turn up for circuits 😂 the whole objective it to fully exhaust yourself before technique training to simulate the fights lol

    Brock was a freak of nature. I remember watching him ground & pound Frank Mir back in 2009 at UFC 100. He was the perfect athlete especially at heavyweight. If only he worked on his stand up game who knows how dominant he could've been in mma. His stand up was his Achilles heel. The moment he faced elite strikers like Cain & Overeem he got smoked.

    Brock might lack the technique and experience in the UFC but he sure made up for it with crazy work ethic. He always start camps around 300lb to put things in perspective. To be doing this at around 300lbs is absolutely nuts

    And it's very likely he'd be recruited because he was in best shape during the prep for NFL. However, he did have a motorcycle accident and he's never been the same. I'd recommend to read Deathclutch, his autobiography.

    Depends what you're conditioning for. If your sport lasts more than a few minutes then workouts like this - aimed at local muscular endurance and anaerobic capacity - are pretty poor. You'd be better served going at a slower pace for a longer period, ie traditional cardio training like running, cycling, swimming, skipping, etc.

    If I've learned anything from watching Dr. Mike's youtube exercise reviews, it's that Normal pushups are always better than Hollywood/fancy pushups. 2 one-min rounds of pushups, 1 with hands on the blocks. Great work-out dudes!

    Spiderman pushups are legit, I started incorporating those into my routine when covid kicked off and I didn't have access to a lot of equipment. Super good for core and hip mobility.

    Brock sir’s body weight workout is really not a piece of cake.Even I tried and was dead tired after completing it.But I walked by keeping my heads high and hats off to BROCK sir😊😊😊😊
