To answer a few more questions that I saw in this comment section: - Rage only changes the knockback of a move and not the damage - The custom balance only changes the attack power, so setting Shulk's balance to 70% wouldn't change anything - Riki only increases a fighters knockback and not the damage - Doing this setup as Kirby gives Kirby another 1.2x multiplier but Kirby lacks the x1.3 multiplier from Sephiroth's winged form.

Both are plausible for smash Shulk. However end game Shulk solos all of Nintendo so he doesn’t get reduced or blinked. -Random person Edit: i am not a troll… he literally on discord had to invite people and tell a friend of mine headcanon while also not knowing anything about xenoblade.. Not even in the more "balanced" world of Smash, as Pichu literally exists. In their own worlds, Kirby is most likely stronger. (edit: I will note that in both cases Sephiroth is easily top ten of the Smash roster.)

If you overlap Gardevoir (used by player 1) with player 2 swinging the Home run bat, it causes a reflection every frame until the game basically says it's done reflecting that projectile, which can vary depending on which projectile it is. You can do this while still only using one move (at least from Sephiroth) and possibly get even higher damage numbers than the home run bat method you showed because it'll be reflecting the maximum number of times the game allows that projectile to

in order to use inkling and shulk it needs to be a real battle, and it's almost impossible to spawn the items, assist trophies and dark lord at the same time

to show you the power of flex tape I sawed this Shulk in half

Might I add, you could use Akuma for your primary spirit and a grab type spirit for Shulk, as well as debuffing shulk if that allows him to take more damage

Akuma doesn’t have any slots for secondary spirits so it wouldn’t be as powerful

When you choose Shulk with Papercraft Mario, and your friend chooses Sephiroth. The find Mii stage is selected, you get him to wing mode, then two badges drop, and the Vince assist trophy appears, just as the dark emperor buffs you both, and you enter buster mode: oh golly

Can’t you do setups against incineroar’s revenge that let him get upwards of 90% in a single hit without spirits? So if we lose the fire bonus and the reflect multipliers, does that mean max revenge incineroar deals less?

You can't reflect Alolan Whip. The reflections add insane levels of damage.

Gigaflare's a multihit move I don't think revenge would get the full boost. At that point you'd be better off using something like Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, or Charge Shot.

If you were somehow able to set this up in a match, you could enable the “comeback mechanic” aka optional rage on your ruleset.
