I hope you could come up with a series of gymnastic tutorials. I'm always fascinated with people who can do flips & all those other fancy stuffs. & I wish I could do it too. Unfortunately I never had the chance to learn it. I know there's alot of tutorial made by other people out there but if i have to chose then a former olympic gymnast is definitely my 1st choice to learn from & someone who i would look up to. Hopefully you may consider. TQ

The problem with learning it as an adult is you need your body for everything else and if you get injured it is never the same.

Awesome tips. For a circuit how much time would you recommend to do each exercise? And how many rounds?

Hey man great video and a great way to structure the workout, but I must say that doing it by yourself will not push you out of your comfort zone, unless you're doing it just to keep yourself healthy. If you decide what to do, you will only pick up what you like and what makes you feel comfortable. If you have to compete you need to stick to a plan, coach, diet and healthy life.I've got injured doing stretching before working out, so in my opinion is better to actively warm up and don't stretch out those fibers. That's just my take. Anyway great video keep going man!

It is certainly nice to have the freedom to do what you want when you want.... the complete opposite of what it’s like when you’re training gymnastics! Haha!

But I'm a little bit amazed that you don't seem to train gymnastics, is that so? I understand and actually agree with not having such a tight schedule if there's no competition or whatever, I understand having fun, but isn't gymnastics way more fun than lifting weights? Or parkour? Add some break dance moves and wow, that's at least what makes me move, well and martial arts. To me lifting was really boring, and up until this video, I thought gymnastics, and well bodyweight training was better, to be healthier and gain good muscles. Am I wrong?

Gymnastics are fun for sure. And Jacob has done it for 20+ years at this point and had already peaked ages ago, at this particular stage in life he is into variety. I am of the same age as him and completely agree with him. I love calisthenics and gymnastics, not particularly good at them, but my favorite exercise is deadlifts and I also switch it up all the time like him, but am much more structured though and this video inspired me to change that because I feel I need it.
