jake dalton how do you get into gymnastics? I know most ppl that are in say that they have been in it since very young. how can someone train for this? Masters?!...idk??

damn....both you guys are so mentally fit :) (way more important then physical fit)...i loved training and did a lot of sports...but my ADHD drew me to other directions.....great channel guys :)

Great vid. What does it say about gymnastic training (for physique/bodybuilding) when jake has better physique than the "physique athlete" haha

You're not a physique judge. Jake is a gymnast and EJ is a bodybuilder. The sports don't have very much crossover
I'm pretty sure Uchimura doesn't do half of these exercises
Great video! you have to work on your knee stability

I think he's good on that. He does a lot of insane and difficult moves on floor that require knee stability. Plus he sticks them witch requires even more. So I think he's good 👌
