Nice routine and prioritising quality family time! How do you find recovery when training every day? I like training 3-days per week but my volume is high. At 39 years old and with 3 kids I find recovery is more and more important. I mix intense full body kettlebell training sessions with calisthenics, and work a lot on mobility (all the things I enjoy and are good for my body).

Love this! Would also like your opininions on the all things Gymnastics this olympic year. I have 3 questions. 1)Can anybody beat Simone? What would it take for the US MAG team to knock off China or JaPan? Would you like to see a mixed team event in the Olympics?(Like in figure skating just Mag and WAG, not trapolineand Rhytmic ).
