Great video Matt, i have been doing a program with a personal trainer since January, and its great to have someone, who tells you how to proper do a lift! Its my 2 time trying this, and my first time was horrible, the trainer was only doing it for fat money, so this time i was more sceptical, but i must admit, this dude have helped me to enjoy fitness! I have set a personal goal to be in the best shape of my life, before im turning 40! And its a fun goal to have! Not only to loose weight, but also gain muscle etc. i have an office job, and i was starting to have issues with my back, where the blood stream wasnt great between the shoulders, due to looking at a monitor for 8-12 hours a day, so it was either chiroprator or getting my ass of the chair and doing something for myself! I choose the last part! For now, im actually enjoying heading to the gym!

I love this. I looked into a personal trainer and the cost was too high for my income. It was really agonizing to come to terms with the impossibility of having a trainer because I knew it would be life changing and life sustaining for aging. I had the desire, but just didn’t have the money. I’m sure I’m not alone in this. I love the idea of a personal trainer. It’s out of reach for so many of us. Agreed with having a good coach or trainer to work consistently with (consistency is key for both attending sessions AND practicing in between). I finally bit the bullet when I didn’t have a formal program and over tired my back muscle- my PT recommended a personal trainer and I was lucky to find the perfect person for the type of person I was (couch potato turned a walking potato). I wasn’t able to squat or deadlift a bar and was able to squat and deadlift 105 lbs in 2 months. Best money spent!
