I don't care what procedure you get done but I feel that the natural look is always better. It looks good when you get the procedure done & if you do proper maintenance (working out, skin care regime, balanced diet, etc.), the procedure looks great over time. All these over the top unrealistic body shapes & faces, will look horrible in 15 years.

How uncomfortable this must be not to forget dangerous. My BFF died following a road accident. The only injury she had was a fractured femur. I went to see her in hospital while she was waiting on going to surgery. By the time I finished my shift and went home, all of 3 hours, my mom was waiting on me to tell me Kendra had died before even getting to surgery. She died of a fat embolism from her broken leg so it does happen when fat ends up loos where it shouldn’t be and it can be fatal. 😢

Who remembers the days when one would get called fat for having a big butt or made fun of? I even remember being made fun of for having full lips. So, it’s crazy that people are paying for what some of us got picked on about. Only they’re taking it to even more extreme levels. Smh crazy world

The problematic shape is due to gravity, even if you did another injection to fix the shape, it would droop again even faster. Maybe you could do a lift, but even that would be temporary.

I enjoy my natural big booty. Of course it's not all what its cracked up to be. Being that i don't like attention drawn to me and im not an attention seeker, I've gotten the "can't trust a big butt and a smile", men dealing with me only to get in my panties and women being jealous accusing my butt being fake and just randomly slapping my ass. I'm not trying to increase anything about it, just tone it up which I do with exercise although I do wish I could get my tummy done after two c sections but everything else, I'm very happy with after 4 kids. I had a BBL in 2015, while I’m happier than ever with my body (I used to be very flat) I had no clue the risks I was signing up for. Unfortunately the doctor who did my surgery, although he was a capable and good surgeon, he was overworked and doing surgeries from 7am to 12 midnight some days. I think the same month I received my procedure another patient of his passed from fat getting into her kidneys or liver if I’m remembering correctly. He lost his license and her family lost a loved one. This was in Miami Florida.

I always wonder how women who work in regular jobs can pull this off. People just don't take you seriously when you look this fake, whether it's having a giant ass or giant breasts. Unless it's obvious you're naturally like that (and sometimes even then), they will just treat you in a way you probably won't want to be treated.

I am so tired of seeing BBLs. The women look weird because it is unproportioned. You have a woman with no stomach and a huge butt. However, her face is still fat. Her arms and thighs are still fat. You can easily see it is not natural. The men they try to impress still talk about them behind their back. I hear men joke about bbls all the time. You are already beautiful ladies

I'm gonna say it, how in the hell do you wash or wipe an ass that BIG! No way that's sanitary, no way.
