I actually had a breast lift in my teens to correct tubular breasts and huge areolas. I was pressured a little bit to consider implants, but thankfully, the money funding it wouldn't stretch that far. I'm very happy with the results; wouldn't change a thing.

I've had areola reduction surgery three times. KEEP THE TAPE ON. For months. Do NOT take it off. It helps the scars soooo much. The scars stay much thinner and your areolas stay smaller.

doctor's that do procedures where they put in these huge amounts to the point of putting in more than even exists in one implant are wildly unethical in my opinion. A good doctor tells patients that they won't do certain things that just don't work, and many doctors do that.

My surgeon in Miami back in 75 just said he would do what is right for my body, implant size. He put in the smallest that were made at the time and he was spot on. His wife was a client in our salon and she became hos wife through being a patient first so I also trusted her. I never took going under the knife lightly and at 23yo was fortunate to be around good credible people. Still have the same implants and I guess I have minor issues with a very old capsular contracture but it's now not worth upsetting the apple cart. My orthopedic doctor actually talked me out of explanation warning that I may not get the "problem" , possible BII, changed. So at 70 and dealing with fibromyalgia, I'll take my chances besides with all this political covid nonsense I'm not trusting in our medical anymore. I've had no issues with covid and I refuse any and all jabs so my life is in God's hands from here on out.

When I was younger I wanted a breast reduction because I was teased for having large breasts. Basically people will tease you for anything. I ended up having a breast reduction from an E to a C because of the back pain and agony of the pain of them bouncing as a long distance runner. I was SO happy with a smaller chest! It made my life so much more enjoyable and reduced the amount of (can you believe it) adults pointing and laughing at my naturally huge breasts, which were made to appear larger by my tiny waist. Best decision ever!

Breast reduction is life changing if you’re big enough that you have chronic back pain. I’m in my mid-20s and had DDD breasts. Had to give proof of medical necessity by doing PT on my. back for 6 months and lowering my BMI, but I was able to get it covered. Got my reduction in 2020 and I couldn’t be happier. The scars aren’t even that bad compared with the outcome of reduced pain

The world is a strange place the ones with small boobs are dying for big ones meanwhile us with naturally huge breasts we are dying for small ones, I told my doctor to reduce mine from a F cup to A cup, like basically remove everything but he thought I was joking and made me a C cup. I remember watching this Japanese show where a lady got breast implants through her armpits, which I later found the procedure to be called "transaxillary breast augmentation". Can you explain why this surgery is not seen or mentioned often because I thought people would probably prefer the scar to be in a less visible place?

It's done often, and you can also get your implants through your bellybutton! Surgeons don't like to do it that way because they have to use a hook and tools to make the pocket, whereas through the bottom or the areola they can use their hands and feel with their fingers what they're doing.

I’d love to hear your opinion about botox injections to prevent/minimize scaring! They say Botox injected around stitches and wounds can really help, what do you think about this kind of procedure?

They can be possibly fixed by yourself there's online guides on how to fix them. Without surgery. I fixed mine by using an online guide. Basically you place your thumb and forefinger on each side of your nipple on your areola and push into your breast a few cm. Then spread your fingers a couple of cm, stretching the nipple. It only took a couple of tries to fix my lifelong inverted nipple. Try googling it.

I wonder if her being black has anything to do with her scarring (keloids).

I had a girlfriend who had breast enlargement surgery many years ago she was extremely petite maybe 5 ft 1 maybe 5 ft 100 lb Maybe she wanted big breasts she was basically flat chested so she went to the doctor and he said yes I will give you rest but I will not give you big breasts they have to fit your body size he said he would make her a generous b cup she wanted more she did not like this but he refused to give her anything bigger than that saying it would be too big for her small body and she would not fit in her clothing he was right he gave her the breast augmentation later on when her swelling went down she was out at the pool with me venting her frustration she said he didn't even make my breasts even any bigger than yours so disappointed I didn't know she was looking at me so competitively I was happy with my breast size I was a b when I was small a sea when I was a little bit bigger I am still a sea although I am quite overweight I am a 48 C that means I'm a small woman and I just got fat. But her doctor was right doctors who give big breasts to women are quacks basically.

My breast hang a good bit and I hate it. I wish they were smaller and I hope they shrink as my weight does. The big areolas also embarass me and make me feel dismorphic.

You can do problem areas usually like breasts,butt, thighs, tummy tuck but usually not all at once. Not a Doctor just seen a lot of botched episodes and a lot of research about different surgeries.

My mother has nipples shaped like balls. They're much, much larger than peas. They almost look like someone has stuck them on. Is this normal? I just started thinking about it when you spoke about the nipple. I've tried looking it up but can't find any references to something like that being normal. I'm a woman myself, and mine aren't like that. I've never seen anyone else like it either. Could there be something wrong (she has had damage from sexual assault, and we have multiple obscure diseases and conditions in her side of the family)?

Women who have breastfed usually have larger nipples, that's likely the case for your mom and if you have kids and breastfeed yours will likely start to look more like your mom's

Hmm I'm a wheelchair user. There's quite a big fetish community (not a part of it, but as a young female wheelchair user it's almost impossible to completely avoid run ins with it). Maybe I could get money selling my underwear or something (I'm not desperate right now thankfully, after being homeless as a teen, but it's good to have a backup for survival lol). It's weird to me that people would pay for something like that, but each to their own. I'm sure some people find some things I spend money or time on weird or silly.
