"it took me five or six consults to find someone to do the operation." If five or six doctors refuse to do something, especially a cosmetic procedure, it's best to leave it be.

No one deserves to be botched, but this woman literally refused to accept any form of reason and doctor shopped until she inevitably found an unethical hack. I'm glad she was able to get herself fixed up but I hope the pain, embarrassment and expense taught her something. She should feel really stupid everytime she looks back on this so that she learns from it. If she's that insecure about her body she should seek therapy not implants, her money would be far better spent.

If you have more then one doctor telling you that a procedure you want is not a good idea, then you should take that medical advice and not to proceed with that course of action. The good majority of doctors do not spend years in medical school just to give bad advice.

It's funny, I'm in the opposite situation. I have a combination of chronic illnesses, where doctors keep telling me it's okay to take things to help, I read research and testimonies online about the side effects in people with these such conditions, and they don't believe me and then look shocked when I say I got side effects. Believe me, if a painkiller gives you nightmares, yes it's rare, but it's horrifying and I'd always wake up super sweaty and dehydrated from how stressful those were. And the internet says not to take that med if you have postural tachycardia (heart rate goes up when you stand for too long) like I do. I also get migraines from Advil and no one believes me.

As someone with a hereditary problem of very large breasts I never understand these cases. How could you not have anticipated that your back would hurt and you would have straps digging in?? How could you not have anticipated the sagging? I’m 42 and my 38G breasts aren’t very saggy, but gravity is still at work. My female cousins and I used to taunt each other as children saying the others would end up with my grandmas breasts because they were huge and no one wanted that. It was me, I got them. Watching my own daughter be a 36G by 14 was painful. News flash, huge boobs aren’t fun.

I had a house mate once that was 16 and was clamoring for a breast reduction. She was already a double or triple D at that age. Her back was already in constant pain. And they were of course STILL growing. Her parents took her into see a plastic surgeon and were 100% willing to pay for the surgery. The surgeon very rightly was like, "Look, yah, triple D's hurt and are bad for you. But, you're only 16 and they are still growing. Doing anything now would mean you'd have to do it again when you're 25 or so. So, I won't do it." I don't get why ANYONE wants big breasts after that. For women afraid of anchor scars: I'm nearly 40 and had a breast reduction in 2021 and my scars are barely visible. They do sometimes itch a bit, but that's the most annoying they get. I am pale and used silicone tape. Scars are more likely the melanin you have, so if you are dark complected or have a bunch of yellow melanin, have the scar conversation with your doctor. I understand some plastic surgeons specialize in dark skin patients to try and minimize the risk of keloids. Best of luck! Going from a Hcup to a Dcup radically changed my life. My spine was deforming and I had the beginning of disk herniation with nerve pain. They also sat on my stomach and caused digestion issues and nausea since I was 12. If you want a reduction, *get one* it's worth it.

Maybe this is a weird question, but I am 32 and in a few years, I might need to go get mammographs for safety checks, basically. My mom had small breasts and told me they were quite painful for her. Mine are smaller than hers were, mine are a small A cup. I noticed myself panicking about it when I got the notice, since the idea of being stuck like that is really scary to me. Do you think I would be able to tell the lady to slowly apply pressure or to relieve it if it is too far, or to somehow make it less painful? I also recall seeing a mammograph-scene in a breastcancermovie (when I was 12) that probably did not help, because I recall the lady crying and screaming she was in pain and wanted out ("let me go") which probably fueled the fear haha. Do you have any tips, by any chance? I have been told I have a high pain tolerance, but this is a sensitive area, I am also in therapy for mistreatment, that fear of pain "there" adds to it. Thanks in advance if you have any tips.
@brantlie_boone

@@Widdekuu91 happy to help and not weird at all! If the mammo tech doesn’t ask, let them know it’s your first mammo so they can explain everything. You can ALWAYS ask them if they will compress slowly (good techs usually do because we know compressing slowly hurts less) and where I work, we try to always ask the patient to let us know if it’s becoming too painful. The point of compression is to spread out the breast tissue so the drs can see between tissues to make sure small cancers aren’t under or between the tissue. When we can compress a good amount, it helps the drs see better! Try to keep your muscles and body relaxed while they are compressing! When you tense up, it can make it painful. Everyone has different pain tolerances so some people say it doesn’t even hurt. But some people say it is painful. Remember to breathe! You will be instructed when to hold your breath for the exam but when they are positioning you, remember to breathe! Lol You can take an ibuprofen or Tylenol 20-30 minutes before your exam and it might help with discomfort. Just remember, mammograms are super important because they can detect cancer at the earliest stages! Being consistent with getting them is important so the drs can monitor normal breast changes vs. abnormal changes. The exam might be uncomfortable and awkward, but at least it’s only a once a year thing and the exam itself should only last about 10-15 minutes. Good luck with everything!

I can understand that people want them bigger, cause people always want, what they don’t have. However, in my experience ( of 10 years with a cup size of an N/O cup and 90-95 band) you will have back pain, problems with doing normal exercises like jogging or even jumping jacks ( cause it hurts so much), and even a financial drain. I had to drive to the capital of my country to find a shop that sold bras my size and just one did cost more than 100€. Not to mention the breast cancer risk can be far greater. Doctor shopping to get the answer you want is never a good idea. Getting a second opinion is always the way to go.
I had implants in 2011. I saw many doctors before deciding who to work with. I think the worst doctor was when I went in asking for a "realistic result for my chest size" and he used the phrase "California big". (I had about 75cc tissue combined with severe asymmetry. I just wanted boobs that looked like boobs and fit my body.) I ended up with sizeable breasts post-op anyway, but the surgeon I worked with knew what I wanted and I have 250cc on one side and 300cc on the other. Still ended up a 34DDD, but it's a very natural look for my body as opposed to the 400/500cc the doctor in California wanted to place. I think if I had had the 400+, I would have needed a reduction. There's no way my body would have supported implants twice the size of the ones I received initially. My scars are a little wonky on one side, but nobody sees them but me and the husband and he was always fully supportive of decision to get surgery so he doesn't care. I'm a 28GG. I unfortunately had to get 2 large tumours removed from my left breast in March this year which left a 4 inch scar running horizontally from my armpit towards my nipple. Thankfully the surgeon was able to get the scar low enough that it's covered by the band of my bra
I honestly can understand where the desire of having big breasts comes from. I sometimes do myself. I'm a 34-36B cup, but that still is relatively big. I sometimes wish I could have bigger boobs just to it's easier to wear "revealing" clothes. But that is really just society's pressure and I quickly snap out of it. My mom does have a bigger cup. She's like a C or a D. She's in so much pain from time to time. The straps digged in on her shoulders, she has a hard time finding clothes for herself, and she had massive back pain, which resulted in disk herniation at some point. We never really questioned why it could be, but reading these comments, I'm starting to think it's because of her cup. Seeing what my mom goes through (and of course being with her along the way) definitely shakes away wanting bigger boobs

I have anchor scars from a breast reduction and they're not a huge deal, barely noticable. Many people think that they will look very dramatic, but after the scars fully mature, they are not a huge deal. Personally, I think they're pretty cool looking. To me, it's proof of how resilient the human body is! Like my surgeon cut off a bunch of tissue from each side and my body said "no problem, I can fix that." and healed back together! Incredible! Scars or not my surgeon did amazing work. :) For anyone out there worried about anchor scars, trust me, you can still feel confident in your body with those scars

I have laparoscopic surgery six months back for my endometriosis. Surgery is such a trauma for the body and healing was and still is in ways the worst, I used to want a breast lift before it and now it’s like fuck no. Thank you for trying to explain that to people, for letting them know that surgery is a last resort and not a fun thing.

I was so scared (trans guy) Id take after her genetically but after I lost a lot of weight I found I actually have like As/fuck all breast tissue when the fat melted away (were more like c/ds before). I cant understand why people want implants after seeing my mum crying in pain from back issues and disc slips due to her breasts :c ladies and femme people your boobs look amazing small or big as is♡ take care of your health and if you do a surgery like this make sure its what YOU want and not pressure to feel like you have to meet a beauty/attraction standard.

I'm a trans guy too and I had DD breasts. It was terrible because even with binding I didn't like how it looked and I had to stop binding due to complications (after I transitioned with HRT, so really weird being a guy a big boobs.) Luckily I was able to get a double mastectomy with an awesome surgeon and the results were life changing. They removed 2.5 lbs of tissue from each breast. If any trans masc people are reading this and you're concerned your chest is too large for good results, rest assured that a skilled surgeon will be able to help. ( I was on a waitlist for the surgeon, Dr. Jens Berli, for about a year and half but it was absolutely worth it. No dog ears or revisions, and besides the scars looks natural. With all surgeries results aren't guaranteed, but don't count yourself out before doing research and getting a consult. )

As an afab I used to say from the age of 14 i would start saving up for breast implants as soon as I got my first job cause i was so desperate to fit in with other women and the pressure to attract that male gaze. Now, 10 years later I identify as bissexual and non binary and I'm so appreciative of my A cups for when I want to present masc. It was a big lesson for me to NEVER listen to what society tells you you should look like, if i actually had had the money to get those implants when i was younger and didn't know myself very well i would be very disatisfied as an adult.

Shame that the multitude of doctors she saw prior to “Dr Nick” (hi everybody! I’m curious why patients don’t (that I’m aware of) get advised to do some weight training (I’m imagining a series of increasingly weighted bras of some sort?) to build up neck, shoulder, and back muscles BEFORE getting extremely heavy implants. It seems like some intense muscle pain right after dealing with post surgical pain could be mitigated it the muscles were already trained to that weight. Is this done, or am I just crazy?

Hmmm I wonder if that'll complicate things since wouldn't it tighten the skin and minimize some of the space under the muscle/distort the "look" of the chest they're gunning for? Either way I feel like lifting wouldn't help much bc the strain on the muscles are very different since it's weight attached to the chest bc of different muscle groups being engaged vs weight training. It really sucks that nobody realizes its not just your breasts feeling heavy. Lol they should get a bra that's fitted with the implant they want and have to wear it for a few weeks to see if it's manageable

I have natural 32J and I often have lower back pain. I really don‘t understand the craze for big boobs, they‘re just impractical imo.
If multiple doctors advise you against a procedure and you find one who says yes... I would question the credentials of that doctor.
I had a reduction about a year ago, and went from a US size 38 O (yes, you read that right - O) to a 38 C. I have scars from almost armpit to armpit, plus the anchor scars, and had several post surgery complications. It was still the BEST decision of my life. I lost just over 4 lbs total - the equivalent to a full IV bag on each side. I cannot express how wonderful it is to actually have freedom of movement for the first time since i was 14! If anyone is hesitant about getting a reduction, it's so, so worth it.
I had the whole "anchor" type lift to correct a hereditary breast problem and it healed with very minimal scarring, even though I wasn't good about putting any lotion/anti-scar aftercare on it. The incisions were very thin to start with.
I couldn’t imagine getting such large implants, let alone getting them stacked, I had a breast reduction in April and they took 2500 grams from me, my current size is a DD 48 , I still need so revisions on my “dog ears” so that’ll be even more fat and tissues removed but I know she’s relieved to have that weight taken off her chest.
I personally would love to get breast implants. I can't even fill up an A cup and if I lift my arms they pretty much disappear. I could never go that big though, honestly my dream is to have a modest C cup so I can wear the dresses and shirts I've always wanted.

I don’t want huge breasts but I just want enough not to be mistaken for a 12 year old kid. I watch these videos to try to talk myself out of it but it’s hard
Why not use like the mesh that they used to graft onto hearts and other organs? Like an internal bra Mesh that is cut to the right size that can calcify and make a bra
also doctor you is such good vibes and he's funny as fuck!!! love him, surprised he's a scorpio!!!
Im 5’5, weigh 120lbs and have always had large breasts (in comparison to my height and weight) since I was very young due to a brain tumor that affected my pituitary gland. My breasts are currently 34DD (and I might even be a cup size bigger, at this point. I notice that I’m “overflowing” in my bras lately), and they give me so much back pain. Because it relates to a pituitary issue they get even bigger (I don’t know the exact size difference, but it is visibly VERY noticeable, and they feel so incredibly tight) during my hormonal cycles and are so sore that just walking hurts them so badly 🥲 I train horses professionally and have to wear a regular bra with underwire, and 2 extra tight sports bras on top while I ride. I hold them when I go down steps of stairs cause it hurts haha. I have a lot of trouble buying bras that fit, and have given up on finding bras that don’t give me more back pain (I’ve tried them all). Buying bikinis is a pain in the butt cause they’re often sold as a set, but I need an XL for the top and a M for the bottoms. A lot of shirts and dresses don’t fit me well because I’m a size small or x-small everywhere on my body, but my chest. Forget button up shirts. The buttons either pop off, come undone, or just look comically under pressure unless I order a shirt so big that the rest of my body is swimming in it. If i’m not careful about what I wear (no tank tops, no spaghetti straps, nothing low cut), I get a lot of terrible attention: mean stares from women, gross stares from men. The idea that anyone would pay money for this blows my mind 😂 women with smaller breasts always say “ugh I bet your clothes fit you so much better” NO. It’s the opposite, i promise. I totally understand why women get various breast surgeries. But the women who want to get those excessively large implants just baffle me 🤯 I don’t like the idea of plastic surgery for me (I totally understand why other people do it!). I’m too nervous to permanently change anything about myself, so I don’t think I’ll ever get a breast reduction. I’d hate to wake up and realize I did something I regret. I’m also mixed, and the scarring potential scares me a lotttt. I just try to love myself the way I am ❤

I don't understand how so many women come to the conclusion that a big breasts will compensate for a lack of self-appreciation... You don't need cosmetic, body-altering surgery to say, "I'm perfect the way I am."
Imagine giving your body to science or deciding to donate your organs and you think it will be used to help dying children or someone with life threatening burns... but instead goes to a woman's boobs for cosmetic reasons. 🤔

How do the surgeons acquire the cadaver skin?

They purchase it from specialty medical suppliers. These companies harvest the skin from donors, treat it to make it medically safe and stable to use then sell it to hospitals. It's not much different than purchasing bandages, orthopedic hardware, pacemaker units or suture material. It's just this particular product was made from cadavers.

I’d be so happy to have the C’s when I was 12-13 in my eyes a C was the perfect size for me personally, fit my body better, im only 5’2”!!! Been 95-120lbs my whole life, done more bad than good! Also there are so many perverts and gross rude jack assess! They legitimately stand out and make you a target for harassment because others think they’re fake and I’m automatically a wire they can Am I getting a reduction hell no just because I’m terrified of surgery. (Well not all people of course but I’m gonna say 50/50! 😅) Foolish women. You hurt my head!!
Her first one looked amazing and natural
I've been entertaining the idea of a reduction. Ive been a DD since I was about 17 and have a damaged disc between t4 and t5 from the weight. I barely remember what C felt like, but I do remember it was before the pain started. Ive also been passively lactating since I was 12. So these things have always been a nuisance.
Lol she said she was self conscious about how they looked after the surgery but im thinking she has always been self conscious even before the surgery or she wouldn't of done it 😅
Oh my CRINGE! Whoever accepted to do her second surgery should lose their license! Any decent plastic surgeon would outright refuse to do a surgery like that, and if a surgeon says no, a second or third or fourth etc says no, then something is really a darn bad idea and you should just take that no for an answer and accept that something is a bad idea. Also, I’m so grateful for my all natural C-D cup (size varies with bra brand and model) they’re just right for my body. Big enough to not look too small, small enough to not look huge on my 5’9” wide built frame and they don’t cause much or any pain. They’re just right and very proportional to the rest of me, no plastic needed.

Quick point: a D cup doesn’t mean anything. The letters are based on the difference in circumference between the largest part of the chest and the underbreast. So a person with a 28D will have a chest circumference of 32inches and a 36D of 40in: same cup, but not at all the same volume or mass. Also some breasts are denser than others. So a “D cup” does not have a set weight or volume. D cups are also not *that* big, most people simply wear the wrong bra size
@rainshadowgamingart2236

@@ShinyLight99 THIS! I had implants placed years ago and received 250cc/300cc to correct a lack of breast tissue and severe asymmetry. This resulted in me going from a AA to a DDD because my chest is pretty petite. They don't look unnatural at all, being a 34 band size means I wear a DDD cup size. Knowing how to properly fit a bra from my time in retail makes a huge difference when it comes to how heavy breasts feel on the body. My daughter is 16 and has been over a D cup for a few years and resized annually to make sure she's not having the back pain often associated with larger cup sizes. It's important to wear the correct size to avoid many of the issues women have with large breasts. Bras are a support garment, make sure they are supportive.

@@ShinyLight99 Yes, it's all about ratios. There's "sister sizing" too where the same cup shapes are used in diagonal lines along the size chart, for example, 36B and 34C are the same cup size (think of using the exact same foam shape) just with a different band and the different letter comes from the change in that ratio. Since we have different sized torsos, that ratio is more important than just volume. But I think the reason people think D is so big, is because most in-person stores only sell from A to DD sometimes DDD, and anything larger has to be ordered online. Source, a friend who needs larger sizes than what you can buy in a mall.

I just don't understand people caring that much about such things (cases where it isn't correcting some issue, addressing pain etc) that they go to these extremes. I'm not judging. I just think it's sad that they have come to feel this way with society's messages, media etc. I have had lots of surgeries for medical conditions and whether it would scar was nowhere near the top of my list of concerns when looking at another. It's just crazy

I went from a full C when I hit puberty to barely an A after breastfeeding 3 kids. My Dr. went with 310cc each for me with no lift. I am now a small D and loving it! I am also 107lbs so anything bigger would have given me “porn boobs”. If you want them to be natural looking, trust your doctor.
