I've always had a nice butt. My Mom had a flat butt and she tried to make me insecure for having a large one, go figure. But my grandma was my cheerleader telling me I am beautiful just as I am. There is no surgery (outside of a medical emergency) that I would do to change one thing about my appearance. I love me exactly the way I was created. 🥰🥰🥰

There are also exercises you can do build up muscle in your buttocks. Of course if you’re naturally thin you can only build up so much. Plus you would have to keep up the exercises to keep the shape. I think should just be happy with what you have.

In my late 20s I got breast implants. At 33 I was diagnosed with NHL,, now I have to call my oncologist and ask exactly what type it was. I have had severe health problems since then and im 50 now counting my blessings to still be alive.

Girls, the body type that is considered hot changes every decade or two! When I was in hs it was skinny with zero curves. Don't kill yourself trying to look like whatever's in fashion! Big booties and tiny waists have been around for a bit, which means this trend is about to change. Hopefully this next round we evolve and advance to just accepting the way we are.

In the aughts it was narrow hips, thigh gaps and huge boobs. In the 90s it was very skinny with few curves. In the past 150 years its been very curvy (Victorian and current) very thin and narrow (90s and 20s) athletic (70s and 00s) moderate soft and feminine (50s and 80s) in every age some people have bodies that are what is currently fashionable and are unhappy with that fact...age doesn't matter

A female military friend wanted to get implants for her butt as well. She went to El Paso to get it done. Unfortunately, she died during the process. From what I understand, it was due to the anesthesia. She never woke up. She left behind her husband and 2 kids. I couldn't believe it, actually no one could.

I’ve never been a fan of plastic surgery for people who are not abnormal or disfigured but I respect your work so much. I wish more plastic surgeons cared about their clients like you do. I guess I don't understand this position. So why does someone who views their nose as nearly deformed need to learn to live with it but a kid born with a mild deformity deserves treatment. You can't claim all bodies are ok and we should love ourselves except these other people, who are a bridge too far, then yeah absolutely carve them up to be more attractive. I was stick skinny but put on curves after committing to lifting weights religiously. I learned proper technique, nutrition, and after 6 months of lifting 3 to 5 times a week, I got results. I was amazed how people started giving me attention and being a lot nicer. It's unfortunate that people treat you base on how you look but it's not worth risking your health in order to look like what society considers attractive at the moment.

As a person with a pancake butt I can say I've been absolutely harassed by my partners about getting implants. I even had one harass me to go to the gym to get a butt while pregnant. Like lifting heavy weights while squatting. I've had several ex's have me in tears because I wasn't " attractive enough" do to my flat butt. It's a thing because I've talked to other woman with butts like mine.

This could have been me. A guy friend tried to convince me to get one, he said i would look "so much better" with one. Thank God i said hell no. I believed and still do in nothing artificial inside me.

Wow, that's pretty scary. Since my teens, and still today (I'm 35) I've wanted breast implants. Stories like these frighten me from doing so though. I've also read up on the maintenance of breast implants and I'm pretty certain it's something that I'm probably not going to end up doing. I suppose I'll have to just be okay with my almost A 😂😅

That's the main issue with breast implants. You'd want it to make your breasts look better but it always causes scarring and it's not some minimal scarring so...in the end does it look better? I don't think so.

This is why we as a society need to stop obsessing over the constant changing beauty standards as they're ridiculous and ever changing what is in now will go out later etc. People forget that overall beauty has more to do with proportions and shape over size. I don't have a huge ass as I am thin but I still get complimented on my overall body shape all the time. I also don't have huge lips but they're full and balanced on my face and I get complimented on the shape too. Again, people obsess over size when going bigger doesn't necessarily mean it will compliment your other features. Embrace what you naturally have as its usually the most complimentary!!!!

I agree but the problem is they really had no fat to fill her in with, so they just did the best they could. Really I didn't even expect it to look as good as it did in the after pic. Doctors aren't miracle workers sadly, but I think they came close with what they had to deal with.

I was always made fun of my flat butt. So I did something about it, I lifted a lot of weights. Hip thrust, lunges, Bulgarian lunges, squats. And boy do I see results. Now I get complements.

Some exercises promotes butt forms, like how i climb stairs, skipped a few steps to stretch my butt. Now im satisfied with my butt. Patience is needed to achieve it so try to gather all your patience with exercises

It seems like nobody has heard anything about the butt workout at home 🤔 Only 5 minutes a day, very easy, incredibly effective, after 2 months you can see the difference and your butt is bigger, rounder. And it is free!!!!! Only efforts you must put in.

You can literally do 3 sets of 15 lunges and 3 sets of 15 squats a day. Try it for a month. There will be a difference

I can't wrap my mind around this. She is so young and slim, it would have been absolutely nothing for her to work out and put some weight on her butt naturally. Addicted to the knife...

I had butt implant placed under the muscle 10 years ago in Mexico. Never had a problem. They felt and looked natural. The scar is in the crack of my butt and hardly noticeable . I think this young lady had these implant placed in the fatty tissue. There is nothing to hold them up.

I removed them after 10 years because I was having a lot of symptoms that looks like auto immune disease, just like women who experience breast implant illness. I am feeling a lot better now. I enjoyed all ten years of having those implants. If placed correctly they look and feel natural.

@@Shewas-kathybates Never had a problem in terms of the issue this young lady is having. If placed correctly her implants should not be moving around. Not everyone develops implant illness and there is risk with every surgery.

Every decision has a benefit and a cost This particular patients implants were placed under the skin, instead of placed into a pocket created under the muscle Implants performed by a surgeon who does this procedure very often is a relatively safe and effective procedure

As a girl with a small but I recommend if anybody body shame you about your but being small don’t listen to them 🤦🏾‍♀️ because this is why she probably got the surgery.

Beauty standards always change so it's very unrealistic to try to change our body in order to meet them. I have a small butt and I was bullied when I was a teenager because back then large hips and generous curves were fashionable. But now I see back and I'm proud of myself for learning to appreciate my body and enjoy it as it is. I do relate though to all women out there struggling with body image 😢

This video should be required viewing for ANYONE who wants ANY kind of cosmetic surgery done.
