@@zeyadmohmmed4164 Oh yeah I know. I haven't watched 4th yet, but I remember first season for me Homelander was more terrifying for me. That scene of him scaning the city flying like a jet, for me one of the most tense scene. I didn't know his limitations.

He wasn't trying to drown hughie, he just baptised him so suddenly because hughie said he was scared of water so he did it fast that way hughie would be caught off guard by it

That smile was basically Homelander saying “tread lightly buddy, it really is that easy for me.”
Always felt the shot of Homelander from under the water made him look like his comic counterpart. The water distorting his visage into a more exaggerated expression, like the goofy ass evil smile he does in the comics.

@@nsq2487 it took me so many replays to get it. Shes wearing beige (nude) underwear which can be seen when shes dunked under the water. At a glance makes it seem like shes no wearing underwear, an excuse often given for that is "laundry day".

Dont exactly see many Mega Imams using their tax exemption to build themselves villas in America. It’s only natural that it would be the “villified” one (also Butcher criticised the concept of God itself, not Christianity specifically)
Season 1 was the only season homelander was nice
