High protein veg sandwich recipe, healthy paneer sandwich recipe for weight loss. #weightloss #skinnyrecipes #nisahomey #sandwich
Ingredients:
Brown bread
fresh curry leaves
1/4 inch ginger
3 shallots,
1/3 cup paneer
1 green chilli
1/3 tsp turmeric
1/3 tsp roasted jeera powder( cumin powder)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp amchur
Pink Himalayan salt as needed
desi ghee as needed

always add black pepper when using turmeric for better absorption of curcumin
I prefer to use desi ghee in this recipe for that extra healthy fat; which not only will help to assimilate vitamins like A, K, E and D but also helps to keep you feel fuller for a longer time. However, you can use virgin coconut oil instead of desi ghee. Note, that Vitamin D and other vitamins mentioned above are fat soluble, so you need some healthy fats for better assimilation.

When I first came across this recipe, I knew it was healthy, but, I wasn’t sure about the taste. For someone who doesn’t like raw paneer taste, this sandwich is so incredible. Took me literally 10 min to assemble it, amazing flavors. Thank you ma’am, you’re an inspiration.

I tried the sandwich it was yuuuum ,I just replaced brown bread with multi grain brown bread & paneer with herbal tofu thanks a lot for healthy & tasty too recipe for weight loss
This was out of the world. I just added a spoon of curd which gave it a Mayo like texture. But the taste was fab.

I made this for my dad and I. At first I was sceptical of curry patta in the sandwich (because we don’t like curry patta) but I followed the recipe and it turned out so yummy! I ground the mixture for a little longer and it turned paste-like which was actually a good thing, because the fillings could stick together better!
