Hi NIsa,I tried this paneer paratha recipe. I didn't have the cashew mayonnaise, I just made this with a chunk of avocado and one paratha without any base. Both turned out soooooooooooooo yummy..Thank you so much.Usually, I used to reach out for any food if hungry ..usually baked crispies or something oilfree but purchased. I used to eat have those as my meal..though they are oilfree..they are not a meal but I used to just have them due to lack of time.But after watching your channel, I started realizing what a real meal is. Staying as close to natural foods is the perfect meal. I stopped reaching for even baked items and I am making the lunches/salads which you had shared. I really enjoy all the meals which you have shared. I cannot thank you enough for inspiring me. Please do make such healthy natural items, which are really a blessing. Thanks once again Nisa. Will be trying the vegan mayonnaise very soon.

Can we replace cashews with almonds in the vegan mayonnaise ( of course will soak the almonds and peel it) 2.
