My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.

Same happened with my sister a month back we got to know she is diabetic T1D , we were in shock.. her blood sugar was 600 ,now she has 531,she is in college and we all know that college mess don't provide that diet that should a diabetic person need. She is coming home,I just want to reverse her condition, And don't worry we will fight it its not a disease its an eating disorder. Everything will be fine ❤️

Plz help me..Tdy for the 1st time my mom went for Sugar test...and My mom has 580 blood sugar....we all were shocked that how can it be so high as no one in our family has Diabetes... I was so shocked....will u tell me what diet ur sister followed so that her sugar dropped from 600 to 530... Plz reply me...i am so worried abt my mom. Tdy she has taken her 1st insulin of 10 units dose...plz guide me how can i help my mom to lower sugar...kindly tell me how ur sister made it from 600 to 530

@@habeebunnisa8432 With proper medication like metformin, diet and active lifestyle will definitely help. Take low GI foods. One trick to reduce sugar spikes when consuming carbs is before eating carbs we need to consume fats , protein and fiber rich foods and then can have complex carbohydrates. This method alone makes a big change in controlling blood sugar spikes.Also 15 to 20 minutes walk after eating controls sugar spikes really well. Hope it helps 😊
Add a teaspoon of methi seeds to the green gram while soaking,.It will be more crisper n methi is good for diabetics.

They are just not making dosa...this is known as chila in Rest of the north India, anyways, here she has given this receipie for people who wants to reduce their diabetes and urad daal is most of the time is acedic in nature.
