    This is probably a stupid question but do I have to boil the water? I was making ginger lemon honey shots & figured why not add some tumeric & black pepper. I know black pepper isn’t water soluble though.

    Thank you for this amazing recipe. Hi all, I decided to try it out although I saw negative posts. I used in addition onions chopped very fine and some kasuri methi. I used a seasoned iron tawa. Let me tell you all, I was able to flip sides several times, it did not break, the second one fluffed up a bit too. I am sure by third fourth roti I can work on it fluffing more. I think it’s all about the right heat, the right batter consistency, have you kept it long enough. Yes it was very tasty ❤️

    We all need to start making our own peanut butter. As store bought peanut butter has unhealthy ingredients that crush the health benefits of eating the product to begin with.

    This ragi roti is very healthy, much better than wheat roti. Thank you for sharing. Please also share jowar and bajra roti and other millet roti.
