I recently shifted to the USA and was looking for some veg options, today I made the paneer bhurji Sandwich, I must say it was better than expected and saved a lot of time as well.
I usually face bloating and gas when I consume baking soda in a meal, my hack is to use sour curd instead of baking soda. A spoonful of curd (and some ghee) will give similar or somewhat better results than baking soda and will also make idli/appam/dhokla more spongy and soft.

Hey, FIT TUBER..❤️ Here i came for an important matter, i really wanna say to you.. I bought sunscreen, moisturizer as per looking ur videos bcz of the tendency to far away from harmful chemicals.. Aroma sunscreen jst awesome 🌸 But, Indus valley Moisturizer that U once suggested was exceptional.. I bought it. But later i felt some cooling effects when it applied. I referred its ingredients and it contains alcohol content and other serious ingredients that considered to be worst. I stopped its usage.. Im gonna buy aroma magic moisturizer. I Appreciate ur efforts but please be a little bit careful when u suggest products.. BECAUSE WE STILL TRUST U🌸

Also about the sprouts one, my bestfriend brings them for me but in a little different way and trust me it is very tasty (coming from someone who is extremely picky about food) All you have to do is soak chana too when you're soaking sprouts and when they're really to eat, add pomegranate in it, not only will it add more nutrients to it but it is also makes it taste like a snack, i love it and always look forward to eating it. Hope someone tries it :)

@@haripriya6651 okay wait Get chana and moong dal, soak it together for a day and in keep it in some container like he showed in the video for a day and half, then when you notice that it has sprouted, simply wash it and add some pomegranate (anaar) in it. That's all 👍🏽

The second one is a Bihari Dish named Sattu Paratha. It's super tasty and We eat it often on a regular basis, mostly with baigan ka choka or Bharta which is equally healthy.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I liked all of them. After such a long time, I saw this instant idli / dosa recipe that was without Eno, it was quick , delicious and simple. I was anxiously waiting for what ingredient will be used for fermentation and then my reaction was " Woow, no Eno.. Yeah, Thank you Fit Yuber'. I just made the idli for dinner, have soaked the millet and dal for dosa as dinner tomorrow. The Parantha recipe is new to me, will try it out tomorrow morning for breakfast and the rest of the recipes are on the breakfast list for next week. The recipes are no doubt easy , healthy and with common / familiar ingredients in any Indian kitchen.
